Went to see Disney on Ice with the family, parking traffic management sucks.

Great place to see an event. Free parking and easily accessible.

We had good view from our seats and the building was layed out well.

Always a good venue. Reasonably priced with good bands.

Good sized venue. Not too big and not too small. Has snacks and drinks along with stadium seating and a ground floor standing area. We went here for the first time to see Blackpink. They put on the best show I've been to in a long time and the acoustics were awesome!

Get there early, and prepare to sit for awhile in the parking lot after any event.

I love this venue but just wish it was easier to get out once the event is over.

Going through construction. Long walk to arena, nice space inside starting to look a bit worn.

I don't understand the rules- they keep the cap to your beverage in the vending areas? The staff is not very friendly, we were there for a cheerleading competition and there's no hairspray allowed inside the venue? REALLY?!?! It's a *cheerleading* competition.

Nice Arena and very nice to be able to park fairly close too.

Saw Shania Twain, great concert! However it took over half an hour to get out of the parking lot! Unacceptable!

A shining star of Gwinnett Counties facilities. Well cared for and people are well prepared to help with any need that you may have. A visit is always a good experience.

Excellent for concerts, large parking area, but to see Kelly Clarkson it was packed & didn't move out of deck for over 30 mins!

Good event space. Not always staffed sufficiently but the staff are helpful and the facilities are well cared for.

This is one of the cleanest facilities I've ever been inside. Truly impressive what they've done with it and how versatile the facility is with any type if event. Although I'd say $25 valet parking is a bit excessive I suppose supply and demand in a capitalist society is more to blame than the Arena haha.

Went for the fly fishing show. Huge venue with a lot rooms for presentations. The concession stand food was good too.

It's OK as event facilities go. Lots of parking. Interior is a bit drab.

enjoyed the blackpink concert here. I liked the free parking. it's spacious here but the long time line waits seemed silly and wasn't very enjoyable (-1 star). recommendation: allow people to enjoy themselves inside the arena in the AC. It should always be a fun occasion. the long lines felt like an assembly.

Love that there is a large concert venue in Gwinnett and have always had a great time attending events here. Not a bad seat in the house. Unfortunately the 3 star rating is result of the TERRIBLE parking situation here. Expect to spend as much time in your car trying to exit after a concert as you spent in the actual venue. After Justin Timberlake it took well over an hour to get out of the parking lot. The same for the recent Kane Brown concert. A friend had the same experience trying to leave after the Michael Buble concert. It took them as long to exit the parking lot as it took them to drive there from Cartersville. Hopefully Infinite can do something to fix this as it s the biggest downfall to the venue.

Went here recently for a Gladiator s hockey game. Great facility, and it was a fun event for the family.

Attended the Circ de Soleil event, great show; however, signs from the distant parking lot were too few and we were late finding the right building. There was entry screening so the second amendment was void here, making me go all the way back to the car. Probably would not go again.

They're professional enough for Jmm so they're just enough for me. Thanks be to God Almighty

This place is the ultimate entertainment area. It is grandiose and still they trying their best to perfect it. They have forums center and movies. Entertaining sections as well as conference halls. I had the pleasure to spend 2 days at the Infinite Energy Center and I was not disappointed. It is clean and has a lot to offer. I would love to visit a lot more. I can t wait to see the places that are currently under construction. The parking is amazing.

Amazing acoustics are awesome, not a bad seat in the house. Although the planning and security team lacked.

The event we were at, Catalyst was amazing. But the infinity center itself was strange. Kinda confusing layout. Hard to find things, there was only one water fountain which I did not like at all, but I'm glad they at least had one. Great sound system and operating staff though

Walk from parking lot wasn't bad. Vendors and food court was convenient.

Good, clean, apparently well-managed facility with easy access and good parking. I attended Japan Fest 2017 here.

Really nice facility. Came for the Green Day concert.

Great place to host the Chamber meeting. Easy in and out.

Love the venue. Several food vendor choices. Helpful staff. The sound system does not seem as high quality as one would expect for concerts and events.

Saw a gladiators hockey game. Tons of fun. Small crowd, but fun folks. Lots of families.

Some of the worst people to deal with if you are organizing an event. They will nickle and dime you till your last penny is spent. They do not care about anything else but their money.

Awesome venue, plenty of vendor space, alcohol, and out door smoking area. Habe seen kid rock her twice, awesome experience every time.

Concert music sounded good. Lots of drink spots but the ride share and parking was terrible. There was also not great options for dinner before the concert. Ended up getting a hot dog inside instead of waiting for two hours.

Nice place for events but subject to active construction. I had the chance to attend the Gwinnett science fair

Lovely venue i enjoyed the Christmas Cantata immensely.

Great venue!!! I liked the fact that we didn't have to pay for parking unlike other venues around Atlanta. All around great setup

This was a nice arena. My husband and I have done quite a bit of moving, and it was definitely one of the best ones we have been to for an event. We were there to watch the minor league hockey team, the Gladiators. The staff was genuinely helpful and very nice. The ticket lady listened to what we wanted and helped us find the best available seats for us. The food choices were varied and good for the size of the arena. The seats were more comfortable than we expected. We will definitely attend more events.

The venue was great for the Swarm game for Faith&Family night. Views were good from end seats but really liked the upper deck.

Concessions choices were better than avg but as usual very over priced.

Just saw Bob Seger (01/31/2015) last weekend and the show was fabulous. The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean. The ascoustics were great. I could understand every word that Bob said. Thanks for a great experience!

I have been here for A.R. Rahman concert. I had the cheap ticket, so had to sit upstairs ( facing to the stage). I must admit that the acoustic is not up to the mark. I don t know why, but the sound was hurting there. However, I checked that the acoustic was very good in downstairs. I don t know If this is the problem from the auditorium side or the arranger side. However, rest of the things were perfect.
