Nothing major to say here.. it was clean as we went for my daughters musical performance. The food is expensive so I don't recommend eating there unless you had no other choice. There's a Chick-fil-A on the corner that's really good and clean.

Despite the weather being awful, we enjoyed our first event st the Infinite Energy Arena. A spectacular show by the incredible Trans-Siberian Orchestra and the arena provided an excellent venue by which to experience it!

While this is not a bad concert venue, access to lower and floor seating is somewhat of a challenge, especially for older people. At last week's concert we cringed every time we witnessed older people, women in heels, and patrons carrying food and drinks make there way down the 26 steep steps. For the best views, recommend purchasing seats a little higher up and on the sides. Arena sound is good. Concession prices are on the high side. Seating not the most comfortable. Pay parking at two parking decks; attendant told us there was no handicap parking! Poor traffic control leaving the facility. Ongoing construction at the arena detracts.

Great venue for Georgia Outdoor News event. Big changes coming as they are building new multilevel parking deck. Trolley conveniently takes people from the lot on Sugarloaf to the Event Center.

It was a fun experience watching the Atlanta Gladiators. My favorite part was the fact that the restrooms were so close to the seats, so that I didn't have to miss much of the game when I needed to conduct my business.

Very accessible from the interstate with plenty of parking. Even if you happen to be running late, security is available to direct you to park. There's no fee to park in the deck or in the parking lot. There is not a bad seat in the whole entire. I always have a great experience when I visit this venue. There are a lot of food options to purchase inside.

I've been to their Infinite Energy Center Convention center twice already once for Japan fest and once for a seminar last weekend very spacious to say the least and super clean parking is good but could be better for some reason they had a park in front of the Arena and walk all the way to the convention center not good, Especially if you you have badd knees or back problems. All in all a good place to visit for events.

The venue was easy to get into, clean, courtesy staff helping people get around orderly. The only flaw we witnessed was leaving we sat in the parking lot in traffic for over 45 minutes. No one guiding traffic out.

Seats were cramped and the crowd was a little bit not my style. I went to a ladies football event and to be honest with you it was pretty lame. And it was more of a dance show then a real game. And there was a lot of breaks and Pauses in the game but go figure it's women playing football.

Convenience fees are monopolistic and manipulative. 30% up charge on each ticket. No flat rates. Then charge you 2x or 3x a normal restaurant. Shame, shame, shame.

Ran out of nachos and pulled pork. Only had hot dogs or pretzel.

Can't buy reasonable beers unless it's a hockey game. $9.50 for a Bud Light. $5.50 for a PBR. Shame.

Monster jam won't let them sell popcorn. Monster jam charges $20 for a cheap mask and stale popcorn.

Free Chapel holds Forward Conference for youth groups who come from all over the world here at the Infinite Energy Center. Their staff works side by side with all the volunteers to ensure everyone has an unforgettable experience! We couldn't make it without their commitment!
This year we had almost 13,000 attendees! God moved in a mighty way!!!

This rep that works there, is hands down one of the nicest fellas ive ever met. His name is Jeff, I believe he's in sales but he has introduced me to some people and gave me some great pointers. I will be back with my company for many events in the future!

What ever the occasion, I always enjoy this place. But, plz be aware that bag check has gotten quite involved and timely. If you carry a bag in, it will be THOROUGHLY checked. You'll need to be prepared to open/remove items that are closed/zippered. Sometimes you're allowed to bring your own water and sometimes you're only allowed to bring an empty bottle that you can fill while inside. Despite the seemingly invasion of your privacy, the Infinite Energy security staff, in my experience, have always been kind and friendly.

I really love the layout of this arena. Everything is really easy to find. The staff inside are friendly too. The reasons i didn't give five stars are simple abd obvious. The security are piss poor. They are lazy with their "checks" and in today's world that is scary. The second reason is that the alcoholic drink prices are ridiculous for what you receive. Other than that the location is really nice and parking is massive.

I was a little skeptical of this place since I hadn t heard of it before. It was actually an excellent venue. The screens are a bit too small so would be nice if the were a little larger. Excellent food and drink choices and free parking.

Great!
