Plenty of parking, some covered and valet. Roomy concourse with lots of variety refreshments. Comfortable seating with thought given to seat numbers. Very pleasant and helpful staff throughout the facility.

First time visiting and was very impressed with ease of parking and cleanliness of venue.

Went for Dandiya night at Infinite energy foram. Very big space and the festival was very well organized.

i've graduated here, seen and sung at gladiators games, gone to concerts, and more. there are always some very exciting things happening at infinite energy!!

Here for a Summit. Good parking and guidance to right place.
Windows where vendors were made for harsh glare and heat on their tables.
Good food, great AC on a very hot day.
Overall enjoyed.

One of the officers working traffic refused to do her job and was diverting traffic that was directly in front of the ampitheater parking, down the road to make us U-turn at the light, causing us to lose a chunk of time, while other cars were illegally taking u turns. The ampitheater was well cleaned but the concessions we're a rip-off ($8 for a domestic cup, not a pint, of beer).

Trans-Siberian Orchestra was great. Giving them the two stars.

Good venue to see a concert. Took the family to see Cole Swindell. Great sound system. Intimate setting.

Food is ok. Nothing that really sets it apart from other Mexican restaurants.

One of my favorite arena/venues. Parking is a breeze (and free). I've never once been stuck just sitting there after a concert. Always has friendly staff. Super organized. And doesn't seem to have any horrible viewing areas. Free wifi if needed. Never too hot or cold. No complaints.

Went to a hockey game. Easy access, and great staff.

Good venue for events, concerts, games. ,multiple exists and a-lot of parking spaces. Wish more bands/ singers would perform here, its local and much more convenient wise to get here than traveling to Atlanta with traffic.Most gwinnett county schools have their graduation here, so it can cause a little traffic around the end of the school year.

I drive an electric car and was worried about charging. The parking manager was very helpful, there are charging stations from Jackson EMC free to ticket holders. Of course, the traffic directors want you to go where they point, when I said I needed electric they were very helpful as well.
I went to the rodeo and had a great time.

I love that big artists are performing here. The smaller size of the venue makes the performance more intimate. It s very clean and organized. There are plenty food venues inside with moderate price and options to chose from. There are plenty parking spots that are free.

Great set up and the Jonas Brothers were fantastic!!

I was very impressed with the way they were able to control the crowds. My friend and I had a great time. And parking was easy to find.

Great company event held here for the annual holiday party. Great venue.

Saw a hockey game i think it was the gladiators it was alot of fun and reasonable. Thanks mr jeff your the best. Only thing missing was strippers that would of made the night. Free jersey night.

The Seating was really Good!
When you buy ticket - choose any seat, circular to the stage which has steps between one seat and other so it has the elevation.
But when you buy straight seat which has the flat base so front row audience head will reduce the viewing experience.

The concert I went to had poor acoustics, the seats are uncomfortable for above average sized people, prices for drinks and food were high ($9 for a beer), polite staff.

My first time here, in town for Sam Smith. I was thoroughly impressed with the parking. I expected to be horrifying like the Mercedes-Benz. We had no trouble finding a spot despite the crowds. Seating was spacious and everything was so well-organized. This venue made a great first impression and I honestly can t wait to go back

Nice, good sized place, but not overcrowded . Disney on Ice was a great show to see here.

The new parking is aweful. I've been sitting in the new parking garage for 45 minutes without moving. Whatever they are doing, it isn't working.

It's been open awhile, changed it's name and is remodel. Went to a Bob Seger concert recently. Had to park a bit away, so get there early.

Beware the Groupon deals for Gwinnett Center, they are VERY misleading. Was given two tickets as a gift for Paramore. Seat mapping was the worst I have ever seen. Staff was extremely unprofessional. Was not an enjoyable experience.

Great place for a concert...parking needs to be more organized

For seniors, just a real hard place to get around in the rain while guessing at night where you may have parked. Of the thousands and thousands of parking slots, the concept of identifying a row has not been visualized. Eh? Six Flags has?

Fantastic experience. The Energy with young Boys and Girls and the whole crowd was something extraordinary.
Ice hockey game was Electrifying.

I've been here many times, and the venue always seems well run and clean. There's plenty of parking, though navigating the lot during a large event can be confusing.

Free EV chargers in the parking lot work well if you have an electric car.

Went to Repticon there today and there was absolutely no signage as to where to go or park. Very inconvenient

Parking is pretty easy. My main complaint is that they serve Pepsi products and don't have healthy concession options.

Nice, clean building. Plenty free parking. Good food and drink choices. Reasonably higher, but expected prices. Good seating choices for show space. Always enjoy myself at this location.

Easy to get to and great venue except one thing... Parking is terrible. Took me an hour and fifteen minutes to park and I was 45 minutes early

Our event, the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, went off without a hitch. The facilities were great and well laid out. The acoustics were right on the mark. The center had ample parking and on the inside all the staff we had contact with were courteous and professional.

Love when I go to this place. Always so clean, comfy, and staff is friendly.

My wife and I have been customers with Infinite Energy since they first offered service in Georgia. Their customer service has always been excellent and we've never had any surprises with unexpected fees. Our son recently signed up for natural gas with a competitor (Georgia Natural Gas). Their customer service were rude / unresponsive and the rate was outrageous. After 6 months our son was ready to switch. My wife spoke with Cameron at Infinite Energy and he literally spent hours on the phone with my wife, and son, walking them through the process to switch providers and answering all questions. Moving forward my son will have a very competitive rate from a very competent company and Cameron has our everlasting thanks for going above and beyond expectations.

Good place for a concert. The sound quality was nice. Not to big and easy to navigate.

I am at the Wild n Out, and they have the large Tv's which are to small for the arena. This after the arena made us wait out side for 1 hr in the cold and rain Before letting us in the arena. They were unorganized!

Nice event center but seriously get it together with the parking and street traffic. Do not expect to get out as easy as you get in. Traffic is not managed well at all.

Great facility, but need bigger bathrooms. Only 3 stalls and a thousand women at the Conference

Always been very nice. It's a real shame they don't lower the seats on the attack twice side for Glads games anymore. It used to be where all the season ticket holders would sit but they ruined it.
