Infinite Energy Center (formerly Gwinnett Center) Review

A great place to see a number of different great event's like concerts to sporting events

Nice building and friendly staff hard to get to with traffic at times but good venue.

I want to reach out and say a big "Thank You" to all the staff on hand at the Bob Seger concert.
I went with my sister who is disabled and was not sure how we were going to sit in the seats that I bought.As we stood outside waiting for the doors to open, one of the staff members come to us in order to get us inside more quickly using a special entrance. From there they were hands on until we were satisfied with the new arrangements.

Went to Japanfest, had an amazing time with my husband & the kids.

Took my kids to see Disney on Ice here. I was very impressed with this venue. Parking was free and I didn't have to walk a mile to get there. Inside is extremely nice and very clean.

Saw Michael Buble here... Good venue and easy to navigate.

SUPER M!!!!! This was a great venue. We could see the stage very well. The sound was awesome. Awesome show!!!

Went there for the Paul McCartney concert and was very pleased with the layout of the place and the number of hosts available to make sure people got to their seats okay. I would go back.

Came here for the cat show. We always have a booth. The venue is nice. Easy set up and break down. Nice place

A hidden gem outside the city of Atlanta. Will return for more events.

Free parking, nice facility, but slow getting out of parking lot.

Parking can be a challenge right now with the construction, but the venue is fine.

I went with a friend to this concert this past weekend exactly the 16 of february 2020 we were in row 122 and although my phone has a very good signal there was absolutely no signal!

Best night of my life I got to see Panic at the Disco live here and it was amazing we had some problems with a backpack and they were super kind and still let us in and had us check it everything went smoothly and it was Practically Perfect

Great auditorium!!! Come here for many stage programs.

Horrible security. The security was to scared to stop people from cutting in line right in front of me where they could clearly see. There was almost an ambush

Enjoyed a lovely evening at the Gwinnett Medical Foundation Gala hosted this venue. Every year the family and I have a wonderful evening at the annual event. The food is also a plus.

Very nice and clean. They are doing construction while we are here so it's kind of confusing on where to park but staff was friendly and helpful. Very spacious and great setup for the competition

The place was easy to get to and even easier to navigate once inside.

The person who was in charge of districting traffic was rude, and ruined the experience.

We have been to the Infinite Energy center for two vastly different concerts. The acoustics in here are AMAZING! Staff is always friendly and ready tonask questions. Parking is no hassle and door security check is quick!

90 min, 1 mile... Y'all need to work on parking people faster

Saw Panic! at the Disco and loved the venue. Nice to not pay for parking.

Very nice venue. Was there for a college graduation.

Attended a Georgia Swarm men's lacrosse game. Gwinnett County Educators were blessed with four tickets each to see this home opener. Our seats were great, in row Q, not too far from the field. The game was very entertaining, and there was lots of interaction within the venue, during timeouts and the halftime break. We love the free team gear and free goodies from local businesses. The place is clean and handicap accessible. I only wish that the price of concessions we're not as expensive as they currently are.

Parking is easy, and the venue is great. Just don't trust the uniformed staff to know much about seating or which stairs will get you on the floor. They are helpful, not knowledgeable though.

Well thought out venue last, loads of space and comfortable

Great concert and event center. Attended the Ed Sheeran concert there and had a great experience. Good food and drink selections with really good seating. Comfortable and pretty sure there isn't a bad seat in the place.

Our first Atlanta hockey game. Small crowd during a weekday game but plenty of action. Everyone was very helpful and friendly working there. Making plans for more games.

Awesome venue for my grandson graduation, plentiful parking, so much space in the common areas hey, little bit of a trip from Atlanta however we so enjoyed ourselves!"Congratulations Nicholas Miguel Gardner"

This is one of my favorite concert venues! The staff is always friendly and they are organized. I had no safety concerns, and the free and plentiful parking is a big plus. They have even improved the flow of traffic when arriving and leaving the venue.

I have been there 6 times and my last one was the worst! I purchased tickets for Ana Gabriel s concert and took my mom for her Birthday. The experience was the worst! We were in 1st row of zone 200. The lights were hitting our face most part of the concert I we were unable to enjoy it to the fullest. It was so annoying! I was so frustrated and mad. There was nothing I could do. I ll never purchase a ticket on section 200. All the people around us had the same problem.

Facility was nice but somebody's Silverado right next to my vehicle was broken into at 1 in the afternoon. Bunch of savages out there!

The arena is nice, but the concessions are insanely expensive!

The Venue is Great but parking is the worst. I know they are under construction. The parking decks are a great asset, but until the construction is over with and they can implement a better way of getting cars out without people getting frustrated I'll be steering clear for a while.

Was there for a party. Very nice place. Clean. Staff accommodating & pleasant. Not sure if it was in house or outside catering, but the food was tasteful.

I have been here for several different event. This was the first time I had a dinner there. Our company had the Grand Ballroom. The onsite catering service provided food. The food was great. I was actually surprised at how tasty it was.
Presentation was excellent for everything. Wet bar was reasonable on price.
The center is well laid out. They are currently in expansion mode. The close front parking is being changed to a parking deck. There is also plans to build a hotel right next door. This center will only get better.

Clean and friendly. We saw the Atlanta Swarm and had a blast.

Great venue to get in and out of easily but no longer delays. Staff is always helpful and the performance was just wonderful. Definitely a great choice if they've got to show you want to catch.

Very nice large venue. Right off the highway and easy parking into garage attached to the building.

Great place for an event. Easy to move thru and there's not really a bad seat for viewing.

Great place to see concerts, sporting events or just about anything. Relatively easy getting in and out and much safer than downtown venues. No panhandlers or scammers hanging around.

Just got done checking Gwinnett family fest had fun ate funnel cake and dunked a guy in the ball tank!

Nice place we went there for Japan Fest. Had a great time
