The Infinite Energy Center was a fun experience. The protocol was different because of Covid-19, but everyone was friendly, professional, and the building was very clean. The show went on without a hitch.

Under construction. A little pain to navigate in. Did have lots of staff navigating inside which was nice. Guy cleaning escalator was only cleaning one side, kind of defeats the purpose. Needs a lot of renovation. Parking was apparently free but no signs and no one said anything. Paid for parking at machine going back to car and there was a lady with the gate open as everyone left. So I'm out $5.

Nice place to conduct shows. Friendly, but strict staffs, who are good with audience, but will not give any gap for safety. there are multiple theteres, so one who come there needs to have enough information before arrival. Enough parking space. The only con I see is lack of food courts and a little walking from parking to theater.

Or first time to this theater... Was comfortable but the people in front of us partially blocked our view, (they were off average height). Our seats were on one floor and the restroom on another. For someone with a lung disease such as I, this can be a challenge. The shoe was a great time with family...I probably will visit again.

This place is great, finally. The parking issues of years back have greatly improved with the addition of the parking deck. I spent Too much money on the floor seats to see Post Malone, but when the show started I was happily surprised. The floor seats were amazing!

Great venue! Nice that it's away from downtown Atlanta so traffic is not as bad. Lots of parking available and it's free. Arena inside is not that big so there really isn't a bad seat in the house. Food options inside are not bad and lots of drink stands available throughout.

The Phil Collins concert was our first first visit to this venue but definitely won t be our last! Parking was great- can t beat free! Most places charge $10 or more for parking. We got a great parking spot and had little difficulty when leaving. The food court had a lot of options. The restrooms were clean. Our seats were easy to access. The worst part was the merch line but that s typical at any concert. Highly recommend this place and look forward to our next visit!

Great facility for events. Can host multiple events simultaneously. But it can t handle the traffic and it is poorly marked to guide you in. So plan for extra time to get in and out! And take some aspirin ahead of time for the inevitable headache!

First cleaning was horrible the event advertised 8:30 pm. And its 9:30 pm. The crowd screaming and nothing happens. Terrible. Please everybody share your thoughts about this. Hope managers can do something. Unbelievable 2 hrs late ( and haven't had show). They do this to sell more, but we are no crazy people. I WILL CLAIM MY MONEY.

Nice place to see a lacrosse championship or a hockey game. Not sure about concert venues but I assume that would depend on the musical group.

Beers and drinks start at $8 and food is ridiculously expensive as it is in all stadium environments.

Door security won't let you bring food or weapons in the building. NOTE: For those of you who into the Every Day Carry (EDC) culture, you will NOT be able to bring in a knife, regardless of size. You forfeit your 2nd Amendment rights when you enter the property (even if you have a Georgia Weapons License).
