First we had a great time seeing Bonnie Raitt and James Taylor. Great sound quality and comfortable seats. Very well organized and plenty of food and drink choices. Steps are a little steep so us older folks need to go slow.

My 4 year old sister is handicapped we came to see my Dad graduate and rather than close the doors after the graduation started to prevent people from stepping over my sister in our clearly marked handicapped seating we were told we had to move in the highest seats at the rear of the venue so far that we couldn't see the jumbotron clearly. Don't bother wasting your time coming to this place if your handicapped your an inconvenience to them .

I went for the Brantley Gilbert concert and had a great time. I was on the floor in the VIP section. It wasn't overly crowded and you were able to get a good view from just about anywhere.

The venue is typical. Concessions prices were outrageous. There was no large screen for viewing the band. Not sure if that was just the concert I attended or if they never have a large screen.

Mercer University Commencement was held here, and it went beautifully. We were all nervous because of COVID-19, but the venue helped put our fears at ease with their heightened attention to making the place clean and sanitized. Looking forward to next years commencement.

Infinite Energy Center is located in Sugarloaf Pkwy, after passing Sugarloaf Mills Mall. I ve been here a couple times now for graduations, and for the Atlanta Gladiators Hockey Games, and it s been great.

There s so many cheap food options such as pizza slices, hot dogs, and chicken tenders, but there s also more pricey options for a better meal.

Upstairs, there is a stand that serves pretty good food. Last time we ordered the grilled chicken, with rice, roasted potatoes, and a side salad and it was decent.

The seats are pretty comfy, and the bathrooms are usually clean.

There is plenty of parking, and it has been free, but I recently read that from February 1, 2020 hourly parking rates will be free for the first 2 hours, and $5 after that.

Took in the Panic at the Disco Concert last night with my daughter and 13,000 other screaming fans. It was awesome!!! Easy to get to, lots of free parking. No problems getting through security. Seats were easy to find, I think all of us had a great view of the stage no matter where you were seated. Alcohol was a bit pricey but was worth it. Thank You IEC for an awesome first time experience. See you in June for the Hall & Oates Concert.!!!!!

Saw TSO there last night. We had aisle seats in section 120. The entire show people were going up and down the steps constantly! Extremely distracting. It was almost impossible to enjoy the performance. The ushers should do a better job of controlling the traffic during the performance.

Great facility and free parking for most events. We attend as many Gladiators Hockey games here as we can. Their ticket system, AXS, has gotten better but the fees are stupid high. If you go to arena ticket office you can save all the 'convenience' fees.

This is a nice arena in the far Northeast of the Atlanta metro. We attended the Green Day concert here and found the venue to be friendly and there was a great variety of concessions for unique beers, wines, cocktails and food. There were few lines even at a sold-out concert. The ISSUE we had is that parking and traffic flow are a problem. We ordered an Uber as did many other in attendance. However, the police inexplicably kept all arriving vehicles at a great distance and gave no instruction on where to go. Our Uber driver said it was chaos. The police should ENCOURAGE people to take Uber after drinking at a concert, but instead they made it very hard for Uber or Lift drivers to get near the building. We had to walk a long way to a restaurant to meet our driver. The venue, lot managers, traffic team, and police should re-think how to make pick-ups safe, easy and workable here.

It was my first time at this venue and I had a great time, the temperature was just right and food was also available for the ceremony. I look forward to attending functions there again.

The company I work for has been sponsoring a suite here for awhile now. We get tickets to events and get to enjoy them from said suite. Staff is always on point with their duties and the place is always clean. So happy i don't have to drive in to Atlanta anymore for events.
