A client of mine had a hard drive crash with no backups and no recovery software. Had no issues with a digital activated install of Windows 10 but Microsoft Office 2010 was another issue as it came installed on his computer and along the years, he had lost the product key. After several days and many emails to various companies, I elected to go with Indigo Software Company. We elected to upgrade to 2016 at a heck of a good price. The download went perfectly and had absolutely no activation issue or operational issues. From start to finish, the entire process was a breeze. The old company I have dealt with for many years no longer exists but I have found an excellent replacement which I will use from this point forward.
Needed Windows OS for my son's gaming laptop. Indigo had the Windows 10 Pro for less than half the price. Checked the reviews and ordered it. Got the Activation key in a couple of minutes with detailed instructions. Installed and good to go.
It was easy from beginning to end to select, purchase, download, install, and authenticate fully licensed Windows 10 Professional on my home computer. This is the same product one would purchase at a big box store or from Microsoft, but lower price. The OS software continues to work as expected, it's still Microsoft, after all.

Wow. The software is real, authentic & genuine. Everything I purchased is clearly listed in my MS account by machine with key(s). I can even download and re-install my new software if something crashes.
I also have ISO, Hard Disk and USB images ready for when I rebuild my gaming PC and upgrade the laptop to SSD. The customer service is incredible! I call; leave a message; receive a call back within the hour being addressed by my name.
You must follow the directions or installation, read your email and follow any other instructions. The last install I did not follow instructions. Took a lot longer, but worked anyway. I called and my questions were answered.

After having a really frustrating experience with Microsoft tech support and spending hours on the phone and computer trying to resolve an issue with buying a Microsoft Office license, I finally gave up on purchasing directly and went to Indigo Software. What a difference!!! I purchased the product, had some difficulty activating and sent an email to the company. It was a Saturday afternoon and I had no expectation of resolving the issue until the following Monday, assuming Indigo was closed for the weekend.
I was pleasantly shocked when I got a call 20 minutes later from the owner to resolve my issue. I was so impressed with the customer service that I send a glowing review to Google reviews about my experience. I NEVER do this type of thing but I felt it was important to sing praises about this type of experience. In software support, I don't get this type of response and I was extremely impressed. We need more companies like Indigo Software, a company that puts the customer first, walks the talk and doesn't make apologies for it!

I highly recommend Indigo Software for their excellent customer service and great pricing. In early July, I bought Office 2019 plus additional Microsoft 2019 programs. I called the owner Sean Murray a few times before making my purchase, and he was extremely helpful in answering my questions. The installation instructions provided were very clear and easy to follow. When I had activation issues with the additional programs, Sean spent several hours over 2 days troubleshooting with me via phone and email (also contacting Microsoft) to resolve the issues. Later in July I had to replace my computer, and Sean helped me transition all programs to the new PC, again successfully troubleshooting activation issues. Sean was diligent, knowledgeable, and personable, making every effort to ensure all software was up and running as quickly as possible.
Thought it was too good to be true, but my one purchase so far was totally legit. Will be buying more products in the future.
