I love this editor. I've needed PDF editing for over a decade, and, have used many different ones. They're not kidding that this one is the best. Intuitive, feature rich, and, at least so far, what I need to do seems to be only a click away!

The product is excellent, but the delivery was not intuitive enough for me. It took me a little while to figure out how to interpret the instructions (at first, I thought the process of software delivery didn't work). But once it's installed, everything works great! Even reinstalling it isn't an issue.

This helped me allot. Got two pieces of software that I needed . . . and ... the service was the BEST ... plus . . . it's veteran owned .. It just doesn't get any better!

Before purchasing Win 10 Pro, I had communicated with support and asked whether the install would work in my situation and could I count on their support during the install. I was told it would work and to give them a call for assistance. When I purchased Win 10 Pro, I ran into problems and emailed Indigo for help as they had suggested. What I got in response was the MS Global Support Phone Number. Win 10 is installed now, not without a few big headaches and disappointment that Indigo staff wasn't there to help.

Great bargain; great service! When I researching MS Office software, I was very leary of a $100 price tag for a $300 package. I emailed the company (as is suggested to weed out scammers) and I received a call back! I had some struggles installing the software, so I called and was walked through the process. The first time I used Excel, it asked for my key code. I was a little nervous that it wouldn't work, but everything went perfectly! Definitely recommend!!

So far so good! The only thing I would say about my experience is that, for some reasons I cannot explain, I clicked on Nitro icon, and it refused to open it! After 20 minutes at least, still refusing, I decided to force turning the computer off! I waited for 15 minutes and turned it on again! Since this time, no more problems! I have known NitroPDF for 10 years at least, and I should say that your "solution" gives me the same satisfaction as with the Nitro company, except for this little problem I've just mentioned before! I don't know why It happened!

The install of Nitro Pro 12 required 3 attempts, then a computer restart for a successful install the 4th time. Indigo website continued for 3 days to say it was under maintenance when I went to get the activation code, so I called and I gave up after 3 attempts to contact a person. An email to sales got me activation code finally. Success, but not smoothly.

This is my third order from Indigo. Can't find a better value. Thanks

Was able to buy a legit, non-OEM, copy of Windows for crazy cheap. Product activated with no problems and is still working smoothly with no issues for over a year now.

I was skeptical at first but I did some checking and decided to purchase the software. It was very easy to download and install. I also registered with Microsoft without issue. Would recommend to friends and family.

Couldn't believe the great value. I had an older copy of Nitro Pro and the new one is a great update. It was so easy to download and install, and I had it in under an hour!

Delivery was incredibly prompt and there have been no problems downloading or activating the software.

The only problem was I was instructed to delete Office 2010 and therefore Outlook which I use for email. Then Microsoft sends me and email with and activation code I needed to finish installing. I had no email program installed!!! Not good is my thinking.

Drag and drop capabilities to cover from word are exactly what I was looking for. Editable fields, signature blocks....I cant say enough, it's nice to have a usable, flexible pdf interface without frustration!! NICE WORK NERO!!!!

software is great, I've been a user for decades. The only issue is the archaic download process with multiple license, ID's and other stuff. I had to call tech support, who was great, to finally be able to download.

Great prices. Terrible customer service. I've attempted to get a hold of someone by phone, email and through the website. No one is ever home.

Okay. This is a long review, but well worth the read. :)
For anyone out there who doubts legitimate businesses exist, you've come to the right place. Indigo Software Company delivers on every count. Plus, I don't think they can tell time or read a calendar, so shhh. I purchased MS Pro 2016 a year ago. Skeptical was my middle name when I started out, mostly because of their price point, but the head honcho dealt with me personally, assuring me repeatedly that he was the real deal. I pushed 'BUY'. I received my product, installed it in no time, was super impressed, and have been running happily ever since - until yesterday. The software developed a glitch. Now, I'm a writer and have a process. This 'glitch' messed with my flow. I'm getting antsy. I try a few suggestions from Internet techs, but nothing works. I decide to write Indigo for advice even though it's after 6PM for me (later for them) on Friday night. Not waiting, because I actually didn't expect a reply, I delete the software thinking a fresh install will help. Then, drat, Microsoft won't let me reinstall! I write Indigo again. Remember, this isn't happening over hours, rather it's minutes. Frustrated at myself and thinking I'll not hear from Indigo until Monday, I walk away from the computer. When I come back, less than 30 minutes later, I've a detailed, instructional message from Indigo!! "WOW", says me. I follow the instructional message and within seconds I've a fully operational program installed. How great is that? So, don't hesitate. This company has it all - best prices, best customer service - and they're really nice. Ooh, remember though, it doesn't appear they can tell time, so mum's the word about that, right?

I called to confirm Windows 10 Professtional retail pricing. It was less than half the cost of larger businesses, like NewEgg or Amazon. I was really excited about the Nitro Pro 12 software but it was a bit pricey for my budget and then I found Indigo Software were offering an amazing deal on that same software. I was afraid I was being scammed, in this day and age, so I called the number and spoke to a really great guy on the phone, he told me exactly the process I would need to follow and everything worked perfectly. I also checked the reviews and everyone had only good things to say and I can assure you I will use them again if I have any software needs. Highly recommend this company.

Four stars, based on activation issues.

Received the Activation/Product Key by email promptly after online purchase. Went to Settings/About/Windows Specications/Change Product Key or Upgrade (as advised in email), and entered the code.

System downloaded what I thought was upgrade to Win 10 Pro, but when finished, was the listed as "Win 10 Enterprise", NOT Pro. HUH? Was I sent the WRONG Product Key? Tried to activate several times, and it said activation failed. Re-entered the Activation/Product Key (per email - I missed that...), and that STILL failed.

Now very concerned, but online research (on smartphone) and re-reading the emailed instructions AGAIN suggested reboot and try Product Key again. I did that, signed into my Microsoft Account, and THIS time, the Activation/Product key INDEED WORKED, the screen updated to "Win 10 Pro" (not Enterprise), and screen displayed "You are activated and have a digital license tied to your account...".

Not sure if it was me, or emailed instructions from Indigo. Might be better if instructions were labeled in a 1, 2, 3 checklist with check boxes (ie. print this checklist, and follow these instructions explicitly in this order). Think like a pilot's checklist.

Otherwise, Win 10 Pro upgrade running just fine on new HP All-in-One iCore5 desktop.
