I recently worked with DSI RF Systems and I must say, their service was exceptional. They provided insightful solutions and resolved my RF system issues promptly. I am really satisfied with their service.

We are located in a market that these folks travel...

We are located in a market that these folks travelled into for a show. They had a equipment failure and came to us for help. Being in the same production industry, we don't like to see anyone in a struggle if we can be a back up plan. We cross rented a piece of specialty gear at their request and facilitated emergency handling. Not only did they receive the gear, they kept it longer than was agreed. We were told that they would square up on the bill after the production concluded, so we waited patiently. The gear was returned days later, we paid our vendor, and waiting for DSI to pay us. When they initially booked the order they paid for 1 day via credit card. Billing for the additional time... they seemed confused. Days, weeks, and months later their part time bookkeeper is clueless and unhelpful, Vinnie (the guy who booked the gear) only passes us to the bookkeeper, and the business manager keeps shrugging us off.

** UPDATE** they are producing a new product and were cash strapped until after it launched. Were talking a few hundred dollar bill here... not tens of thousands. What's the problem? Even collection companies are considering this company " deadbeats". I paid our company out of my pocket for this rental because it was my trust in Vinnie's word that this would be handled. Hopefully they see this post and decide to do the right thing.

2 years later update: no contact from the company. We got screwed.
