After having a really frustrating experience with Microsoft tech support and spending hours on the phone and computer trying to resolve an issue with buying a Microsoft Office license, I finally gave up on purchasing directly and went to Indigo Software. What a difference!!! I purchased the product, had some difficulty activating and sent an email to the company. It was a Saturday afternoon and I had no expectation of resolving the issue until the following Monday, assuming Indigo was closed for the weekend.

I was pleasantly shocked when I got a call 20 minutes later from the owner to resolve my issue. I was so impressed with the customer service that I send a glowing review to Google reviews about my experience. I NEVER do this type of thing but I felt it was important to sing praises about this type of experience. In software support, I don't get this type of response and I was extremely impressed. We need more companies like Indigo Software, a company that puts the customer first, walks the talk and doesn't make apologies for it!

If I could give them 10 stars I would in a heart beat, thanks Indigo Software and the owner (who shall remain anonymous at this point), you are my hero!
