Hubby and son love going there everyone is very friendly.

My wife and I went to Indian Motorcycle of Ocala on Friday, 5/1/2020 and I purchased my new toy the 2020 Indian Chieftain Dark Horse. This was after visiting their dealership on multiple occasions. Well, we are very pleased with my new bike and the purchase was only made because of the excellent service we received from Salesman Joe G and Parts Guy Chris!

Michael Lasorsa found my whitewall tires ordered them and when they came in no appointment needed just show up and in under 2 hours a complete and perfect job , don't worry 2 hours goes fast with all this dealership has to see all brands and makes with lots of pleasant salespeople that aren't pushy .

Jason was a great sails person helpful and friendly. Not pushy and remembered me the next day. Got me right into the rewards program and what he didn't have in stock was quick to order.

Stopped in to take a look at a bike we saw online... ended up getting that bike and a new KTM for my son. The service is top notch, very knowledgeable and experienced staff. Thank you Adam and Will for all your help!

Enjoyed our experience. Needed to kill some time while husband's bike was worked on (Harley down the road) but rode my Indian to Ocala powersports and looked at the new Dark Horse-sweet. If haven't bought a brand new Chieftain in Oct might be tempted but I like the fairing, sound system and bags! Anyway, good time and enjoyed looking.

What could easily be the best store in the state is sadly not even close. They never update website and do call if you are headed that way. I went to buy a new Chief and this idiot salesperson named Don (?) keep walking me to a used one, enough so that I had to leave. Cash in hand. He also chased out two other people I know and stupid me.................had to drive up there and try to buy a bike only to suffer the same fate. The inmates run this asylum. AVOID unless there is an ownership change or a big overhaul.

Absolutely AMAZING! Recently purchased my dream bike from them and they have done nothing but support me. I recently went back with a friend of mine and it started storming. They invited us to role our bikes into the garage and even gave us pizza! Not only that, Chris Him, Josh, and Joe have been a pleasure to work with. They offer tips, advice, and even helped me get some melted cover off of my Chrome exhaust because they wanted to help. They honestly make me feel proud to be an Indian owner and part of the community!

Bait and switch what is listed online is not what s available glad salesperson told me this before 1.5 hour drive. 2 stars for sales lady being honest that the slingshot was not there.

I m not sure what happened but I do know that we will never be back. Basically we were told the bank did not approve our income because we are self employed and that was the end of the conversation. In the 16 years of having our business I have never been treated this way. Clearly the finance dept is incompetent and the sales person wasn t any help what so ever. Don t worry we will come show you our new purchase.

Hi. Went to ride on to inquire and look at some of their products (Indian cycles). Dealership was extremely clean and I thought well layed out. Had the privilege of meeting Adam in sales,Will,manager and Jeese in service. Between these three had all my question,concerns and skeptics aknowledged. These guys are friendly and professional. Made me feel part of their team by not B.S.ing me. Traded the H.D.and rode off on a Indian Roadmaster,got a good price and extended warranty,compared to the compation. Highly recommend them. Stopped by to see the 2 new chieftain models yesterday 4/8/17. While there I saw a Indian polo shirt that I liked. There is no obvious check out counter. Walked back to the parts/service area. Several employees siting in chairs in the area. Had to ask where do I pay. That is when a lady got up and went to check me out. She informed me that they no longer give Military or IMRG discounts. I did not make a purchase.

We drove about 80 miles and it was well worth the trip! Ride Now Power Sports is my prefered dealership, it should be yours to.

Josh (Service Foreman) was very helpful getting the master PIN code and setting a personal code and then updating engine computer with lasted release. Then Steve in parts got online and ordered a new windshield for me, both very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to coming down to pickup the windshield.

If you want an excellent experience in buying a Powersports than just dont go anywhere but Indian motorcycles of Ocala.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my experience of purchasing a new Indian Road Master. I asked for, expected, and received top notch attention to get what I wanted. Tony was a big help and Big Cat followed my bike every step of the way ...helping for excellent service in an efficient manner. Scott worked through the all my extra requests in an efficient and professional manner. I've met Jason in the Service a Department and he was also helpful. I haven't met anyone else yet, but from my experience so far, I'm sure they will be outstanding too. Owned many bikes through the years, my first time at this dealership. They have got a customer for life!!!

Emma was awesome! I went in knowing what I wanted but still needed help. Emma was patient and asked me questions that would help me to make a decision. I was purchasing a birthday gift for my husband; accessories for my husband's bike. She stayed with me and clarified anything I didn't know. THANK YOU!

Nate is THE BEST!! He always orders our accessories immediately and I receive the correct item very quickly. He is very courteous on the phone. I know he's very busy but still takes the time to make sure my items are ordered, billed and delivered very efficiently.

the sales guy adam was very patient and helpful helping my very picky and demanding girlfriend find the bike that she wanted for tye best deal. she narrowed it down to 2 scouts, one denem blue with tan seats, and another two tones blacked out with blacked out crusher exhaust system.
she wanted to black out her bike anyhow and although liked the blue denem she knew all that chrome to replace would be more expensive than to get tins painted.
she is also only 4'11" in hight.
we went to harley 1st and found out the new bimes can only be lowered 2 in.
indian scouts had alot more leway for helping the shorter person get adjusted.
adam worked with her on this.
lime i said adam was great, the finance manager was great also, the reason for the 4 stars isthe sales manager, i believe his name is glen, taller guy all silver hair and facial hair, very , extremely pushy, asked to be able to talm to eachother about the choices and withing 2 minutes he was right over to us again trying to push us to just make a hasty decision. thats terrible customer service.
also this process took 2 days because he didnt want to listen the 1st day. and quite frankly if youre going to be rude like that i know shes going to buy it, but didnt want to deal with him anymore. another point is this was her deal. between harley and indian , adam and the finance manager at indian were the only 2 to talk to her and treat her with respect. all the other guys including glen tried to demine her and over talk, cut her off while talking and address me. if we didnt like adam for the respect he showed initially we would not have returned and went to a different indian dealer to purchase a bike. but thabks to adam she has her bike. and she loved it the whole 1 and 36 min ride home. thank you adam.

Great experience. Not high pressure but my salesman Caleb was great. I got an even better deal than I thought I would. And I play hard ball lol.

Just left the dealership after spending getting amazing information and help from Mr Joe. Was shopping around for a startup bike an had soooo many questions and worries. All have been put to rest and we will be back to purchase one very soon!! Thank you Ol Joe!!

WENT IN LAST SAT 11-18-17 ABOUT 2PM LOOKING AT NEW VINTAGE SALESMAN CALEB GREETED ME HE WAS NICE AND SHOWED ME THE BIKE I TOLD HIM I WAS JUST LOOKING NOW AND THAT I HAD A VULCAN 900 CLASSIC I MIGHT TRADE IF I BUY AFTER LOOKING I THANKED HIM AND I STARTED TO GO A MANAGER CAME UP AND SAID WE CAN GET THIS DONE FOR YOU WHAT EVER IT TAKES TALKED ME IN TO FILLING OUT APP NOW THE FUN PART WAITING FOR FINANCE AFTER A LONG WAIT THE PAYMENT WAS WAY TO HIGH SO HE SAID LETS LOOK AT USED SO WE DID BUT I LET HIM KNOW I HAD TO MEET MY WIFE AND HAD BEEN THERE 2.5 HRS NOW SO I ASKED IF HE WORKED THAT SUNDAY HE SAID YES AND HE WOULD CALL ME WITH NUMBERS ON USED BIKE WELL SUNDAY CAME AND WENT WITH NO CALL MONDAY I CALLED AND WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR HIM TWICE FOR OVER 20 MIN THEN TUESDAY LEFT A MESSAGE FOR HIM TO CALL ME LONG STORY SHORT HE DID NOT NOW I MAY NOT HAVE PERFECT CREDIT AND MIGHT NOT BE ON THE TOP OF THERE LIST BUT I HAVE BOUGHT 3 BIKES AT RIDE NOW OCALA 2 VULCAN 900 CLASSICS LAST YEAR FOR ME AND MY WIFE I WILL NOW GO TO OTHER DEALERS I WOULD RATHER BE TOLD WE CANT GET ANYTHING DONE FOR YOU NOW THEN JUST BLOWN OFF AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO SHOP THERE

Hey y'all. I have the pleasure to be riding one of the best engineered motorcycles available today; - My 2013 Victory Hardball! It is long enough and ergonomic for me as I am 6'6'. It has all the power I need or will need with the stock set as for I have not changed a thing. I have been in several positions over the past year to include where cell phone drivers were about to endanger me as I ride and without down shifting to fifth, I just juiced the gas and all the torque I needed to get out of danger was instant and left jaws dropping as I passed the issues! The staff at Ride Now, Ocala are always knowledgeable and friendly. They actually meet and "talk with you" as opposed to other places that meet and "talk at you". I don't feel like they are trying to sell me something but rather that they are just there to jaw-jack with me about our mutual love; - Motorcycles!!!!!!!!!! Thanks y'all!

I had installed a 4 inch forward control kit. Needed rear brake bled. Jason made me an appointment and got me right in. service was about 30 minutes from start to finish. Very pleased with professionalism of the service staff and Jason.

Went there to find out what antifreeze to use my wife slingshot .My wife seen an Indian Motorcycle there but I told the dealer I really wanted trike Goldwing come to find out that the place next door Powerhouse had just what I wanted but they try like H for get me to buy the Indian, great deal on it but it wasn't what I wanted. Two days later I find out the goldwing trike I was looking for was on powerhouse web site. To bad if I seen that I more in likely would have purchase it. The two dearers should work together for sales. U can dear with them. Just don't take the first price.

We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with the staff at this dealer when my husband brought his bike in for service. He liked this dealership so much he landed up buying a leather coat, gloves, a back rest etc. He thought he lost his glasses while he was there but he found them later when we got home. One of the service tech gave him a pair of his own glasses for our ride home on my bike. Really really nice people, thank you so much Emma, Chris, Jesse & Josh you guys are the best.

We went in to look around and shop for our first bike after having moved down South and Jeff and Will were super helpful and friendly!! The sales department is top notch and even after that the financing was understanding of our needs. We got a great bike and these guys really knew their stuff and were candid about the buying process. It was a great experience, and we'd be happy come to them again. They've got a great selection!!

Decent place very nice layput. Tho they have pretty pushy salesmen. They do not Let you test ride before you buy. Note do they negotiate on prices.

The staff are professional and courtious. I went there with a friend who purchased a motorchcle. When Im ready for a change that is where I will go. Prices were right and they offered a lot of choices in both new and used bikes

The guys at Indian of Ocala are great. Friendly and helpful. Have bought two bikes from them, 2016 vintage and 2016 chieftain dark horse. Happy as bugs in a rug with both.

Jason & Josh were GREAT in all respects re my Sling shot repairs.

No sweet talking, no trying to over sell a bike. We told them exactly what we were looking for, what we wanted to spend, Jake showed us exactly what we can could get.

Joe Laux was a great sales guy. He knew everything about the bike and even came in on his day off to make sure I got the service I needed. I got a great bike at a fair price. The Indian Vintage is the nicest bike I have ever ridden. That says a lot for an old Harley guy.

Just fantastic. Go see Kaleb in sales or Melissa on the internet. Josh in service was equally attentive. No pushy stuff and the best deal anywhere on a new Indian.

Everyone makes mistakes...As consumers, I think we just expect an attempt at a fair resolution to any situation. For all of my Central Florida Indian owners and future owners I want to share a less than satisfactory rating with the Indian of Ocala location's service department. Poor communication, lack of follow through, callous attitude and just plain don't do what they say they will do. Get everything in writing because their word is suspect. Ride safe and make sure to take your business and hard earned money where it will be appreciated.

Great dealer overall. Very low pressure and friendly, and lots of passion for their lineup. Purchased an Indian Chieftain Dark Horse, and couldn t be happier with the bike or the experience. Will and crew were approachable from the start, and it s clear they care about their customers and the Indian brand. I shopped around central Florida for weeks for the right bike, and despite this dealership being nearly two hours from my house, I knew very quickly that this was the right dealership and service center for me. Highly recommended. Ask for Will, and he ll leverage his extensive motorcycle experience across all brands to steer you right and ensure you ride away with a grin.

The online sales guy was awesome we went to look at the Dark Horse sales guy showed us another bike that was used we wanted new we had to beg for a test ride. The mechanic they sent on the test drive had me follow him at the end of the ride he vanished never asked how I liked the ride nothing. They kept pushing us to by the used 1000 miles on it bike for full new prices. We decided to buy down the road where they treated us like family and with respect.

Please note I am updating my review as the Internet Sales guy Ken reached out to me and apologized for the experiance we had. Ken should be teaching customer care and service at all Ride Now locations.

My salesman was Adam and my finance guy was Conner. I can t say enough good things about these guys. They weren t pushy at all. Adam even got a sitter for his child so he could work around my schedule. And to be given an additional $1000 off just for being a first responder in my community really shows their level of devotion to theirs. Great customer service. Enjoying my new bike.

Purchased an Indian Scout here two weeks ago. If you want an Indian, go see Ken! The dealership staff was very helpful when I called in advance to verify that the motorcycle I was interested in was still in stock, and they went ahead and scheduled a test ride for me. My salesman, Ken Schmidt, made the purchase a smooth and stress free experience. This dealership is partnered with RideNow Powersports next door, so the actual financing and finalizing the deal occurred there instead, but still very smooth. They delivered the bike to the Jacksonville location for me so I could pick it up closer to my home. I'm looking forward to riding her back down there in a few weeks to get the first service done.

I had a great experience with Tiff and the entire team that spent time with me from sales and finance, to accessories and service. Totally made the purchase worth coming up from Orlando.

Long time buying customer here, I keep trying other dealers, but I keep having to do the 1hr trip to come here. The ease of doing business at this location is unbelievable, I guess it is a culture that carries on from the Ocala motorsports days... I dealt with Caleb the most laid back easy going resourceful young salesman, then I finished the transaction with Andy the finance guru who will go to bat for you, this is a great team here with an amazing inventory, I got dizzy looking at so many possible options for what I wanted. Visited Ocala Indian Motorcycle Sunday and picked up our new Indian Vintage bike on Monday!
From start to finish, the overall experience was outstanding in every way! Our Sales person, Adam, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and made us feel welcome without pushing us just to make a sale! We were introduced to Connor, sales Mgr and completed the transaction with Tom. I must say that these young men were not only helpful , but went way out of their way to help us reach our goal of owning one of these magnificent bikes! The store is very clean and extremely organized. Lots of cool accessories, shirts, helmets, gear and more. Highly recommend this dealership located at 3920 US Hwy 441 in Ocala, Fla. Ask for Adam, you won't be sorry!

I went in today with a friend of mine and looked around. I had been looking for a triumph scrambler and low and behold they had one in green and it already had the aftermarket exhaust. As a friend of mine and i were looking no one gave me the time of day and on top of that i said to the salesman this is the bike i want 4 times i mean how much clearer do i need to be. But instead of talking to me or saying let me get someone to help you they ignored me and spent a bunch of time talking to my friend that had no intention of buying a bike. Salespeople there are rude and don't take the time just to say hi. I should have figured this out in the first 5 mins when the guy was in the middle of talking to us and he stipped us and answered his phone i mean come on. I wish them well but i don't think i could have made it any clearer that i wanted the bike and was rudely ignored. I guess i will have to go somewhere else.

Tony in the service department was very knowledgeable and also very helpful with my bike service and upgrades I recently had completed. Chuck did a marvelous job at completing the work and both made the process very easy and kept me informed while the work was being done. Thank you for your excellence and I look forward to working with them in the future.

I had some luggage racks installed on my Triumph. The work was done quickly and well. Jason the service manager was professional and friendly. The only compliant is the hourly rate.

a. I purchased a 2018 Slingshot on 3/30/18, on the way home, it developed a high pitch squeal on all 5 gears. It would have been too late to return to the dealership that day, so I returned 1st thing in the morning of 3/31/18. Upon arrival I spoke to the service advisor who had Steve, the mechanic on duty, take it for a ride. It was noted the drive belt was out of alignment and had to be realigned .The realignment was accomplished in short order and I was back out driving, my new slingshot without the worry of something being wrong and having damage or a breakdown.This type of service can not be overlooked and must be mentioned. In a short time, I will be back for a 500 mile break in oil change. I am looking forward to all my services being done at this dealership and encourage any other customers, no matter what they are riding, to do so.

Not only are they swindlers, they have forged my signature on a bill of sale, they are criminals!!!

This was my first experience and I couldn't be happier. I talked to Emma on the phone, her customer service skills are without a doubt superior. She found the tire I was looking for with a competitive price, the install was free with purchase. When I arrived for my appointment she was just as helpful on site as on the phone. Then josh and Jesse were on top of my paper work and got my bike back on the road in a very timely manner. I'm very impressed. Very satisfied customer.

Well showcased and stocked. Pricing @ the store in Panama City and the apparel selection @ the Panama City store is better but the Ocala location, like the Panama City location, offers a friendly staff and a wide array of bikes. Nice place to stop, say hello, browse, and pick-up a T-Shirt if you're traveling thru the area.

Need better support after the sale. Where's your Dealership sponsored Indian Riders Club?
