I m not sure what happened but I do know that we will never be back. Basically we were told the bank did not approve our income because we are self employed and that was the end of the conversation. In the 16 years of having our business I have never been treated this way. Clearly the finance dept is incompetent and the sales person wasn t any help what so ever.
