We shot several hotels on the island and paradise is definitely the best, both in the services offered and in the attention to the customer, 10 for the hotel and 10+ for the staff

We hebben in dit hotel in het spagedeelte, genaamd Sparadise, een massage en een pedicure geboekt. De website van Sparadise is in het Spaans, maar als je onder Tratamientos op Menu y Precios klikt, krijg je hun folder te zien die ook in het Engels is.
We hebben de Pedicure Expres gedaan, en die deed haar naam wel eer aan; zo'n 10 minuten wat pielen aan de nagels en klaar. Die zouden we niet nog eens doen.

Loved the food very well presented. The only thing we didmt like was the entertainment room was very small and full of kids. They are supposed to leave at 9.45 but many stayed. Other than that we loved it.

Great place, near to everythin, but a wee walk down a hill.food is tasty and there's always plenty to eat

Absolutely fantastic from every point of view. Staff so helpful and friendly. Food choices unbelievable. More like a 5 star place. Will definitely go again. Went with my husband and kids 10yrs and 9yrs old and grandparents. All ages enjoyed equally.

Nice spacious rooms, well cleaned and there is a very good wifi connection. The less positive points for me were the beds (incredibly hard, giving back pains) and the quality of dinner buffet which wasn't great. Also the hotel has a karaoke type of thing going on every night so if you are an early sleeper bring your earplugs because you can hear it through the whole hotel. The hotel has a rooftop terrace and some pools with a lot of sunbeds of which the best spots are claimed by hotel guests at 9 in the morning when they open never to actually use them throughout the whole day (hotel should do something about this). The pools and terraces themselves are very nice, though. Also I really liked the fact that there is a small fridge in every room.

The hotel is very conveniently located in Los Cristianos, just far enough from the bars to not be bothered by them but close enough to be able to just stroll down into Los Cristianos/Las Americas for dinner, a drink or to go to one of the beaches or the boulevard. There is also a supermarket within a stones throw (literally).

Great hotel, been here 5 times now, staff are always friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean and the food is excellent. There are 3 pools and a solarium on the roof so there is always plenty ofsunbeds. I have already booked up to go back next year.

Been to Tenerife about 12 times.. This was the best in the canaries . I do a lot of holidays

Very friendly staff. Abundance of food. Well maintained. Housekeeping excellent. 5 pools to choose from and relax in/around. Variety of entertainment. Many repeat visitors.

LACK OF INFORMATION FOR THE FRENCH THE ENGLISH ARE KINGS AND GENESLESS.

Not particulary all that good.the food is so so and the welcome party is .......find it..

Good for families. Staff try hard to entertain and freindly service, food is pretty good and varied, pool bars at the main pool, the pool park via the back gate and on the adults only roof top. Avoid ground floor rooms as they can be dark, and noisy from families of rhinos in the room above. Entertainment on in two areas most nights in busy season, so a choice of upstairs /outdoor seating with singer or indoor lounge performances targeted at families. Kids clubs is good. Beach bus service (great beach, better than the one closer to hotel). Good bars close by if you venture out.

The staff is exceptional, the rooms excellent but in terms of food it goes from bad to edible for European taste.

Once again, we have been able to enjoy a GREAT stay at the Paradise Park Hotel ... We were given this time, room 712 ... Huge, spacious, with a hot tub ... Anyway, a wonderful surprise, thanks to the FRIEND AND EMPLOYEE of the Hotel FEDERICO of SSTT.
That said, great and close treatment where there are, both of the Faith itself, as of all the staff, RECEPTION, CAMAREROS, PERSONAL ...

Love this place, take my daughter for her birthday,staff really helpful and very good with the kids, the animation team are brilliant, and the on site photography is second to none, especially sonia, such a lovely girl, my daughter adores her.

Great hotel. Very good pools & all staff smile and work hard to make your stay a good one. Excellent free WiFi all over complex including pool areas. Good food. Good facilities for families.

Third visit and expect to come more times. Everything is right about the hotel from rooms, service, food and facilities. For a package holiday hotel this is one of the best. Suits all ages. Includes adult only areas if you fancy a bit of peace. On this visit we brought our daughter and her family and they have thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

The staff is without a doubt the best of everything, the hotel very well, comfortable situation, and connected with everything. I will repeat.

Can t say enough good things about this hotel! Great facilities; very reasonably priced (especially the all inclusive option), lovely modern clean rooms, five pools, all the staff are so cheerful and can t do enough for you. The hotel spa is a real hidden gem too.

I highly recommend you visit Paradise Park, you won t be disappointed!

Stayes here with my partner the end of april it was amazing had champagne on arrivel the hotel was immaculate staff are all amazing never met one grumpy member of staff in our week stay all went above and beyond for us the room was cleaned everyday to a high stander the ckeaners even noticed it was my wifes birthday as she seen the cards and the staff left a bottle of champagne in the room .. the food was amazing yes there are some nights were therw is nothing u might fancy in the vast selection they have done but they cant please everyone but there is an amazing choice even make a picnic up if your leaveing the hotel snack bars are amazing everywere is spotless plenty for the kids to do as we didnt take our we relaxed in the child free parts roof top is the best... and even child free eating area loved it that much booked the same hotel next year today with the kids keep up the amazing work first class dont change a thing see use soon

I love this hotel... I don't think I've ever been anywhere so friendly, the staff the hotel guests are just amazing! I would even consider moving here and opening my own salon In the area I beg you to stay and tell me otherwise I'm sad to leave and go to a villa now! Well be back we intend to come back for Valentine's day! And possibly May to just can not flaw this place at all everyone is just amazing xxx

Excellent Hotel. Lovely room, we had a Junior Suite. Plenty of space, very clean. Friendly staff all very helpful. Fernando and David Gomez great members of staff. Food excellent. Entertainment very good. Will return to The Paradise Park. A truly Great Holiday.

Fantastic hotel with friendly and efficient staff, lovely pools and communal areas, good food and a nice bar area.

A bit expensive for the food there is, a little bit poor

Paridice park is an awesome hotel aimed at both family's and adults. There are 5 pools (2 adults only). There are restaurants and bars on the resort and the all inclusive buffet serves a dish for everyone!

Love to go back soon.Very good with my daughter who is ill.

Stayed here many times and found it worthy of 4 stars. It is in a great location close to La Pepa food market and the Blue Terrace Sports Bar and it has fantastic pools. The o ly reason I haven't given 5 stars is due to the mandatory minimum half board stay as the evening meal is the same each night and quite basic in quality.

Great hotel, lots to do. All inclusive very good. Lovely location. Helped with the fact we were upgraded to 1 of 3 of the owners suites

Nothing to complain about !!! Outstanding!!! Our accommodation had a teenagers onsuite !!! Staff couldn't do enough for us !!! close to the beach and centro !!! Would highly recommend this hotel for couples & families!!! Definately will be returning in the near future

good and spacious hotel. clean rooms, helping staff. hotel is in south tenerife and 10 mins walk from beach. restaurants and local shops are 2 mins walk away. pool on the roof is amazing. breakfast and dinner had lot of varieties.
I didn't like that there was water no bottles in a room.

This was our 4th visit to Paradise Park and we arranged a short break to surprise our daughter, her partner and their children who were already on holiday there. We booked directly with the Amigos at the hotel and they did everything possible to ensure the surprise was a success! We had another fab holiday here, the food was great, our room numbers 959 and 529 were lovely and the staff always go over and above. Special mention for Barman Juan Carlos Perez who never fails to make us smile. Thank you Paradise Park for another fantastic holiday!

Excellent staff the food and the rooms are excellent.
The hotel was very clean.
But the children can not take any inflatables in the pool.
There are 5 pools but 2 pools are adults only.

Posted a review on trip advisor - duplicating on here. In summary an excellently run hotel from location, cleanliness, entertainment, hygiene, kiddy friendly to almost anything you can ask for from a resort. Truly worthy of its +4 star rating, never stopped in the same hotel more then twice but will definitely consider bringing my family back here again

We have been here twice ,each time in a superior pool view room ,very nice Hotel and room ,food is great plenty of choice ,pools really good ,there is a roof top adult only pool ,and my favourite pool is the one with the jacuzzi, s in, the only thing that spoils this hotel is the entertainment rooms the Strallitza bar is more like a dining room and has no atmosphere and the night club bit still has children running around and taking up seats when it is the adult show ,even though the kids are well catered for up to 9.30 .I think the management should insist children leave then because there is not really enough seating any way for such a big hotel .but I would still recommend this Hotel the staff in all departments are very friendly and hard working

All I'm going to say is , excellent from start to finish , amazing

It is an amazing hotel wtih 5 swimming pools and multiple bars. The food is good, not that many variety and mainly focussed on english people but it is not bothering me. The only downside of the hotel i can find is that it is a bit far from the center with shops.

This hotel is definitely in my top three that I have stayed in, it is very clean and the rooms are spacious and, not just a few but, every member of staff from every department were so friendly and helpful and made you feel very welcome. The food was excellent with a vast array of choices from the meat dishes to the salads, desserts and many cheeses and not forgetting the various types of fish dishes(usually three each night) if you couldn't find anything that you didn't like then you were fussy beyond help, the five pools were amazing especially on the rooftop where there was two Jacuzzis and a small pool, the views were stunning, the entertainment each night was varied to suit all age groups, I have already recommended this hotel to family and friends and, god willing shall return, the free shuttle bus that takes you from the Paradise Park Hotel to the beach is great, especially for the return journey uphill (the only thing that I could grumble about but I'm out of breath) Muchas Gracias to all at the Paradise Park. we me and my partner had a great holiday here just thought the drinks with the meals expensive should have been included in the price of the holiday even half board felt we were exploited on the drinks

Absolutely fantastic holiday! The food was great and plenty to choose from. The staff were kind and friendly. The kids mini club girls were fantastic with our children they never wanted to leave!

We felt like one of the family staying here, all the staff are so friendly and warm

As this was our first major experience of going all in/ all inclusive (flights, transfers, food, drink, etc.) we had open minds on how our 10 days would be!!
But we shouldn't have fretted as it was probably our best holiday ever. Wifey and myself could have stayed (well) almost forever.This was booked through Jet2Holidays, who I can't fault at all by the way!!
The hotel was well maintained, the room was kept tidy every day(new towels whenever required), the reception staff and all staff generally, were so cheerful and helpful.
The food in general that was there to be selected at the customers whim, was nearly faultless and was always being topped up/replenished without asking.
We still went out a few times to spend monies in the local community, but the complex bars and eateries were something to always fall back on.
Although we have other holiday destinations in mind for the next couple of years, we will come back to Paradise Park at the first chance, to have a great relaxing time and enjoy the hospitality of the complex and local area.

Comfortable location with good views. Very delicious food, specially fruit. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great place to spend a holiday at.

We stayed for 11 nights over Christmas 2018. We were given a room 148. No light into the room because the end of the balcony area had a six foot wall surmounted by a flower bed, and a service room beyond.
Were told no more available rooms and could be moved next day. After a fuss we were offered a suite at 30 euros a night more, which we took. The hotel told us wrongly that it was the travel company that booked that room and would compensate us.
Neither the hotel nor Jet2 were interested, saying we should have expected that sort of room.
Got a reply from Jet2 just non committal.

Very clean and staff all helpful we spent most of the holiday on the rooftop sunbathing and pool area only slight fault was you can not get any snacks up there with the all inclusive

This hotel is brilliant, the food is a variety and staff are excellent!! The housekeeper was great and our beds, towels changed everyday and she even put kids teddies on which the kids loved . The pools were clean and lovely. Only fault is that the downstairs bar where entertainment for kids is, is too small so we went on next floor up which had live music and where another bar was. There's plenty of seating areas around and a mini club for kids from 11am . We will be coming back xxx
