We had a great experience with InCorp Services. They were both helpful and professional.

I researched a number of registered agent companies, and went with InCorp for ease of use, competitive price, and customer service. After using InCorp to secure registered agents in half a dozen states, I am very happy with my choice. The website is easy to use, but when I did run into an issue, the customer service was right there to help!

I have been using InCorp Services for years as my Registered Agent in California and am always pleased with their level of professionalism and expertise.

This year I finally realized that I should also check into using them as my Nevada Registered Agent as well. Viviana has made the move extremely easy and I am now paying half of what I was paying the other service.

I also appreciate their online portal that reminds me of important dates and tasks that need to be completed so that my entity always stays up to date and compliant. From this one portal, I can view my documents, pay invoices, and directly connect to both Nevada and California's State websites to find and file any forms I need to complete.

InCorp's team is incredibly responsive and professional. We use their services for multiple entities and expect to be adding more in the near future. The online dashboard provides everything you could want to easily manage deadlines, reminders, and payments across jurisdictions. Keep up the great work!

I've used InCorp for my registered agent services for YEARS! Very efficient, great customer service, fairly priced....never had any problems.

We use Incorp to handle many of our firm's various state registrations and find them highly reliable and very attentive to our needs. Their customer service is simply outstanding. Rachel Pennington discovered a glitch in one state's filing and not only brought it to my attention but provided links to detailed information on how to get it resolved, along with an offer to pitch in and help if need be. We highly recommend this company.

`Total BS company. Do not do any work, constantly send you new and new bills charging extra fees for everything. You have to pay an annual fee, then more fees for stuff that not included in annual fees, then more for get other stuff done, that is not included in annual fee and other fee you did pay. after 6 months, i still do not have my TAX ID number, so on my point of view corporation do not even exist, but in a year i paid total of over $1000.00, and just got a new bill. Each time i try to talk to them they refer me to some other company (you register with company 1, but your register in state company 2, that refer you to company 3 when you need anything) and no on do ANYTHING, just charge you.

Outstanding customer service. I called the customer service line and waited, at most, 5 minutes before I was directed to an agent. Kristina was very friendly and answered all of questions and concerns.

I cancelled (Desperately Attempted) via phone (it took several calls and hours on hold) and online with this fraudulent company December of 2017. I moved my entity out of Nevada legally utilizing a different registered agent. This low life set of individuals that call themselves a legitimate company charged my credit card $99.00 in August of this year for no logical reason. My recommendation is to not do business with them for a variety of reasons. Definitely dont let them have your credit card info. Beware!!!! Negative Zero Stars

Went to pay taxes on the Corp they setup for me. There website went down for over 48 hours and pushed my payment in to overdue/penalty category. When they eventually returned my emails they simply stated they don't stand behind their own website. It is simply a courtesy and literally told me I should have figured another way of making the payment

Absolute scam. Refuse to cancel service - continues to bill and and then threatens collection. Entire business model seems to be skimming charges off of people who fell for the service in the first place. Avoid at all cost - you will never be rid of them without paying credit ransom.

With 17 domestic entities across 17 different states to manage I would be lost without Lilliana Valverde and the Incorp team. Lilly keeps track of all the state filings for me, timing of when things are due, and knowledge of what needs to be filed. Incorp is a vital partnership for an entity like MIT Enterprise Forum.

It's very easy to work with InCorp Services, Inc. The website is very user friendly. Our company have been making use of their service since 2013. Christina is my contact. She's always very helpful and available whenever I need help.

Please find another company to represent your LLC/business. They are misleading and give you the run around so that they can charge you for using them as your registered agent. If I could give zero stars I would.

Very professional, and customer driven. They understand the value of a lifelong customer. I have used InCorp for approximately 5 years. I can always get to a live person and get my questions answered quickly when I call. They're billing methods are easy and automated.

I have had my companies at InCorp Services for a few years. They are efficient, friendly & professional consistently. As a business owner you want a team to handle your corporate entities right the first time. InCorp is that company.

DO NOT USE THIS company. We used this company to do our initial corporation. Paid for the corporate kit which they sent to a WRONG address. When contacted to correct the mistake, they said we had to pay for an additional corporate kit if we wanted to get our corporate kit. Tried to blame it on us, the customer, for them sending the kit to the wrong address. Total scam!!!

I partnered with InCorp Services over a year ago to handle my organization's foreign entity registered agent requirements. The service was impeccable and fee structure extremely reasonable. I have now engaged InCorp Services to handle all of my foreign entity registrations, as well as maintain annual filing requirements. This time around, I had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Valerie Villegas. Her customer service and quality of work was exceptional! I could NOT ask for a better experience.

The only question that I raise, is why didn't I utilize InCorp prior to last year?

Do not use there credit monitoring services. They steal your personal info and keep it forever.

Incorp handles with ease the things that small business owners have little or no time to do. And not just when I ask in a timely manner but when I have put it off for so long it is embarrassing. Ginny was my saving grace today, but Incorp has handled two business entities for me for years and I dont even live in Las Vegas at this time.I cant function without them.

BEWARE---Our experience with InCorp has been awful. We paid all required fees and thankfully never needed their services. After we dissolved our company, the following three years to present day, the company harasses you with payment invoices and LATE FEES. All the steps to dissolve were followed and the Secretary of State for Nebraska has the dissolved date accurate, yet Incorp continues invoicing you. I would not recommend their services because you will never be able to dissolve your ties without expensive fees repeatedly. Customer Service representative Autumn Kelly was willing to delete our account, however, she refused to give us an accurate invoice detailing all our payments over the last three years in attempt to dissolve from Incorp. Three years of harassment and counting!!!!!

I was assisted by Ginny D because I was locked out several times. She stayed with me until I was able to logged in correctly and changed my pw. She also assisted me with the declined payment. Thanks Ginny! You are a gem in your company!

I have been using InCorp Services for a few years, and find the process to be convenient and expedient. As a small business owner, it gives me comfort to know that I will never miss a corporate filing deadline as long as InCorp Services has my back. The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient, and I would highly recommend InCorp Services to any business owner, regardless of the size of the company.

1. They use scare-tactics to keep you using their services.

2. After we closed our account with them, they intentionally notified the tax agency where our business used to operate, as a way to "get back" at us for closing our account.

Truly despicable.

Kevin is always right on top of anything I need and has never taken more than 24 hours to get an answer for me to any question I have asked him. Kevin and Incorp are fantastic to work with!

Signed up with InCorp to handle registrations in multiple states where we have employees. Their processors always handle our applications in a timely matter. I like the Calendar feature that reminds me of when filings are due.

Absolutely unsatisfied with the service! Filled out all info in online application. They were requesting for extra info for another 7 days. Finally, 7 days passed, I still did not get the LLC, because of it can't apply for EIN and cant start my business. Have to go overseas in couple days! REALLY MAD! They messed up my days. Not recommended.

Just placed an order to start an LLC, because they were recommended by an associate. There were a few questions I had a Dionne helped me through them on the live chat. Process was pretty simple after that, thanks for the help!

EDIT: I posted this review below and they reached out to me immediately to understand my situation and work to fix it. Incredible service recovery so far. They are working to help me close an LLC that really shouldn't have existed. So far my perception of one-star service has been changed to five stars. Let's hope it stays that way after they finish resolving my issue. But impressive work so far - GREAT follow up.
ORIGINAL POST: This company is crooked. I have tried to close out an account with them for over a year and they keep charging me for services. What a scam. Please don't believe they are trying to help you... they are only focused on getting their claws into you and charging you constant fees and not trying to help. Most frustrating experience i've ever had with a company.

InCorp made the task of starting a new business easy. Also, their reminders are helping me to stay in compliance.

Unfortunately, I came to Incorp through a 3rd party organizer. And due to some shortcomings of the organizer, I had to change registered agents. Incorp was very helpful in fixing my problem and I had it done in less than an hour. Very recommended!

Hello - Our company has been using InCorp Services, Inc. to assist with out of State needs. They handle the paperwork and make sure our licenses are kept current and are in compliance. I am not one to leave negative reviews, with this one being my first. However I feel it s my civic duty to expose persons, companies etc. that prove to be dishonest or deceptive in a capitalistic society. That being said, I want to expose Incorp Services, Inc. I had hired them as my Registered agent for my business for approximately the last 3 years. On this year (2018) I had some events taking place in my personal life & business that I failed to pay my service fee to them. I take full responsibility of that...but who hasn t been late on paying a bill; to keep things in perspective?

They sent me a reminder but I was putting it off for a later date, then came the surprise...12 days later they charged my credit card on file without warning the amount due them. This unwarranted activity caused me to suffer an overdraft and fees associated!

I immediately contacted customer care & explained the issue and that I had never granted them permission to store my credit card information, and further more charge my card after 12 days. I was told that I would not be granted a refund.

I then contacted my bank to explain that I never gave Incorp express permission to store my card info and requested to file a dispute.

During the process of the dispute I was contacted by Incorp Informing me that I would be granted a full refund in which they did follow through. However I want to warn potential customers that it was only mentioned in the fine print (in a round about way) that they will automatically charge your card if payment is late.

When you sing up for their services this is not at all made clear, so If you plan on hiring them be careful of all business conducted by this company and by all means READ THE FINE PRINT! We have to have each other s backs. Thanks

They are friendly, professional and quick. I had a past due balance and the friendly customer service person proactively found a way to reduce some late fees by consolidating it, without me having to ask. Service like that is rare enough to write about and recommend.

Worked with Aaron Lyddon who diligently answered my many questions, then quickly & effectively established my new Nevada corporation from A-Z within the day - very impressed and would recommend their services to fellow budding entrepreneurs!

Steven was very knowledgeable and friendly when I needed help with my account. My issue was quickly resolved.

I cancelled my service with InCorp Service four or five years ago and it keep sending me bills. At this point, I'm going to report IncCorp to my state's attorney general's office to stop dunning me with $99 bills for cancelled service.

Do not use this service. I would highly recommend using another registered agent instead. They have you sign up for a specific term of service (1 year, 2 years, etc.), but somewhere in the fine print it says they can continue to charge you even if you choose not to renew with them. That was not something that was made clear to me when I signed up and I think any reasonable person would conclude that when signing up for a service for a specific length of time, you would have to renew for them to keep charging you. Also, and this is more minor, their customer care specialist didn't respond to my emails or messages.

Best value. I do 5 year renewals. Awesome customer service. Never a problem. Dump those expensive guys your attorney introduced you to.
