I am not one to leave negative reviews, with this one being my first. However I feel it s my civic duty to expose persons, companies etc. that prove to be dishonest or deceptive in a capitalistic society. That being said, I want to expose Incorp Services, Inc. I had hired them as my Registered agent for my business for approximately the last 3 years. On this year (2018) I had some events taking place in my personal life & business that I failed to pay my service fee to them. I take full responsibility of that...but who hasn t been late on paying a bill; to keep things in perspective?

They sent me a reminder but I was putting it off for a later date, then came the surprise...12 days later they charged my credit card on file without warning the amount due them. This unwarranted activity caused me to suffer an overdraft and fees associated!

I immediately contacted customer care & explained the issue and that I had never granted them permission to store my credit card information, and further more charge my card after 12 days. I was told that I would not be granted a refund.

I then contacted my bank to explain that I never gave Incorp express permission to store my card info and requested to file a dispute.

During the process of the dispute I was contacted by Incorp Informing me that I would be granted a full refund in which they did follow through. However I want to warn potential customers that it was only mentioned in the fine print (in a round about way) that they will automatically charge your card if payment is late.

When you sing up for their services this is not at all made clear, so If you plan on hiring them be careful of all business conducted by this company and by all means READ THE FINE PRINT! We have to have each other s backs. Thanks
