Do not use this service. I would highly recommend using another registered agent instead. They have you sign up for a specific term of service (1 year, 2 years, etc.), but somewhere in the fine print it says they can continue to charge you even if you choose not to renew with them. That was not something that was made clear to me when I signed up and I think any reasonable person would conclude that when signing up for a service for a specific length of time, you would have to renew for them to keep charging you. Also, and this is more minor, their customer care specialist didn't respond to my emails or messages.
