Awesome service. Called on a Saturday and they took care of my lock needs. Clean store and friendly people. I highly recommend them.

Had my keys copied a large chain hardware store. Wasn't surprised the keys didn't work. Come to Lock and Roll and was meet with fast and friendly service. Highly recommend. Will use them for all my needs in the future.

Needed my front door fixed and all doors re-keyed called they came out same day got right to work, no need to wait or schedule. Did a great job, got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. The guy made sure to ask before he changed or did anything no up sale. I got my money's worth.

They got there as soon as they could; quick and easy and very affordable.

I came in with a couple of 80's Toyota key blanks for my 1986 Toyota Corolla, as my original key was starting to show it's age and they were able to cut one of the blanks in just a few minutes for a great price. Very friendly service. I was able to test it out as soon as I got home and it works perfectly. This will definitely be my go to locksmith for all of my other cars.

Amazing service. We came in last minute and they still managed to make up time for us. We called around and this place by far had the best deals. Not even by a close margin too. The reviews here aren't exaggerating, this place really deserves all of the positive reviews it's getting.

I had this job that I called 5 other locksmiths and they all failed to get the job done . until a friend of mine refer Lock and Roll locksmith to me . so I decided to give it a shot after I gave up . long story short . I was amazed of the professional handling , the knowledge , fast quality work , friendly attitude and to top it off it was the least expensive among all of them. I really had a very good experience with lock and roll and I recommend to everyone. I wish if there was more than 5 stars ranking .

Professional, friendly, accurate and very well priced!

It took over 2 hours to rekeys because the staff Josh did not know how to do it. The excuse was "he is new". He had to remove the locks and went to store to get help. We were stuck and waited hours. He took our original special keys to store and never returned. He promised he would return. It was a week ago. If they return keys, I will update.

Abdul was great and very friendly. He was very fasts and very nice. I was very happy with his service. I would definitely use their service again hands down!

I went in to their store. Alex took care of everything i needed. Alex's boss was there also. Both were very knowledgeable and even took time to explain how the machines work. Anytime I need a key I'll go here.

As if my day couldn't get any worse!! I lost my keys to my car and I couldn't find my spare and I was late to an interview!! I called Lock & Roll and told them what happened- they got to me in 20 minutes!! Made me a key and even made me a spare!! What amazing service!! Will be definitely calling them again if needed!! Fast and excellent service by these guys. I called them up and in about 10 minutes, Abdul showed up and unlocked my car for me in less than 5 minutes. Very great company and employees, and would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

I got my car keys locked in the trunk of my Mercedez. After denied service from few locksmith companies (they advised they do not deal with complicated cars :( ). Abdellatif gladly accepted the challenge and came to help me.
Besides getting my trunk opened I got a great and professional service.

I locked out myself on my second day in the city of Rancho Cucamonga. And I called Lock and Roll locksmith to lock me our. The guys were very professional and they rescued me in the right time. I don't know the guys names actually but they did a great job.

I though it would take longer but with their magic hands could be fast. I do recommend this business in my new city. It was the first service that I used in my new area so I won't forget those guys and their business name.

These guys are awesome locksmiths. We were locked out of our apartment and called them in a frenzy. We originally called a few other locksmiths in the Rancho Cucamonga area and no one answered the phone. These guys picked up and go to us in about 30 minutes, opened the locked door in like 3 minutes. I know who to call if we need a locksmith in the future, highly recommend these guys. A+++

They have good service, quick with repair, and fair prices...

I have been there on 4 separate days trying to get a key made. 3 of those 4 times, there was no locksmith there. Just an "office person" who doesn't know how to make keys. And the other time it was to tell me they couldn't make the key. Each time I was there at about 9-9:30 in the morning. Their sign states they open at 9 AM, but what does it matter being open if there's nobody to make keys for you? Each time is the excuse that they had an early emergency call. Something as simple as making a key in store should be easy. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE TO ME:
I came with one key the first 3 times, until I was eventually told I couldn't make the key there. That's fine. But today I went with a totally different key. The girl was nice, but point being, no locksmith on site to make the second key I needed. How is this place open, if there's no one there to make keys? I can appreciate the fact that the locksmiths have to go out, but if your actual building has nobody inside it to make keys the 4 times I was there, and I was told to sit and wait while someone came, that isn't the point. Have someone in the building that either knows to make keys, or can say that the two keys I bring in can't be made. I'm not upset that you can't make the keys, I'm upset that there is never a locksmith in the building the 4 times I went. You can't tell me I was here twice, if you're not there to see me the times I went. It's fine, you don't want my business, I won't be back. I just hope this serves as an eye-opener to you to have people in your building that can help your customers. I'm all for "not big box stores" and giving the little guy my business. It's just sad that this little guy wasn't there for me. I'm not saying your store is bad, but my personal experience was bad. Put yourself in my shoes that if you went someone several times, for two different items, and nobody was there to help, it would be upsetting. I'm just putting my two cents in.

As if I wasn t having a good day after my keys got stolen...I made a few calls to AAA which they where giving me a good deal bc of having premier membership. But I decided to look around first then I found Lock and Roll. They came at midnight to give me a new key, they even made me a spare not even asking. Abdul was professional and very quick. I have no words to express what those guys did for me. They simply saved me. I had to on time at my NEW JOB place, otherwise it would have been so embarrassing to be late since day 1 :), I called a guy named "Abd" and I hope I spelled the name correctly.
I thought the guy would not be able to make it on time. I have only 15 minutes to be rescued otherwise I was to take uber that would cost me a lost of $$.
They guy showed up in 8 minutes, and tool him 3 minutes to do the job. I was soooooo happy and blessed. Finally I made it on time to my new job that is 35 minute drive.

I can't remember what their names were but the two technicians who made my keys provided exceptional service and went out of their way to help me. I cannot stress my satisfaction enough.

I bought a vehicle & unfortunately didn't make sure the key for the ignition worked for the door lock. I searched for several lock smiths and these guys had the best prices near me. They have a shop location and mobile for your convenience. Had my key made in under 30 mins definitely earned the 5 star rating !

Lock and Roll Locksmith came out to replace the lock on our front office door. They got the job done very quickly and for a fair price. We had an issue with the mechanism that locks the door, I called them and they came out to fix it, and replaced our back lock so that it is keyed-alike at no charge! I was extremely impressed by their level of customer service and their commitment to correcting the issue. I highly recommend Lock and Roll Locksmith!

Awesome service! I bought a used car and it only came with 1 key fob. The dealership wanted an arm and leg for an extra key fob so I order two more off of Amazon. It took Steve about 10mins to have them programmed and cut and charged me a fraction of the cost of the dealership.

Fast, Honest, Quality Work! I came home on a Friday night to find my old lock broken and jammed shut. Abdul arrived in 30 minutes, as promised! The lock couldn't be opened, so he drilled, cut and pried it out without collateral damage to the door. He replaced it with a beautiful door handle and lock: reasonable price with a lot of care in making sure it was set right.
