EDIT: I posted this review below and they reached out to me immediately to understand my situation and work to fix it. Incredible service recovery so far. They are working to help me close an LLC that really shouldn't have existed. So far my perception of one-star service has been changed to five stars. Let's hope it stays that way after they finish resolving my issue. But impressive work so far - GREAT follow up.
ORIGINAL POST: This company is crooked. I have tried to close out an account with them for over a year and they keep charging me for services. What a scam. Please don't believe they are trying to help you... they are only focused on getting their claws into you and charging you constant fees and not trying to help. Most frustrating experience i've ever had with a company.
