Gets really busy but I ve never had a problem with my order. Great service.

The food was good but the cheese just looks like plastic or rubber in between both ! Made me sick

Best burger obviously. But the lines are WAY TOO LONG!!!!

I live in a state that doesn't have a single In and Out location so I want sure what to expect. The menu is beautifully simple and the service incredibly fast. The food was quite good, especially the French fries. Hopefully the franchise expands eastward so I can explore the hidden menu I've heard so much about.

Beyond disappointed i literally drive by the amar and hacienda location because that location can never get ot right. This evening11/5 about 6 Francisca was so unhappy? At least fake a smile (like your told my management) the poor girl needed to be off a half shift ago! No smile or greeting instead had a frown & rolled her eyes when i asked to repeat order. Next, Alexis was at least not frowning but instead of a greating it was "$33.85" when i asked if she can please repeat order cause my kids only do "extra well done." That the most important part was left out maybe in-n-out has changed its standards from a couple years back? Again so disappointed.

I just came out from in-n-out very upset. I went up with my kids to get them free hot cocoa, then I left to go sit back down. And Edgar, the one with the glasses completely ignored them. I went up again to my kids to find them still waiting for there free hot cocoa. He IGNORED US AGAIN, another employee asked him twice to get my kids hit cocoa, and HE STILL IGNORED US. Another employee noticed that Edgar was completely ignoring us, and she gave me two hot cocaos for my kids. THANK YOU TO WHO EVER THAT NICE YOUNG LADY WAS!! BUT FIRE EDGAR WITH THE GLASSES FOR HIS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN TO THIS IN-N-OUT!!!

Delicious burgers as always. Could do without the fries just my opinion I know a lot of people love the fries.

If you aren't familiar with In-N-Out then you need to go to the nearest one and taste the best fast food you'll ever wait in line for. This particular location just happens to be located on the campus of the In-N-Out University. One can assume that the staff is constantly changing and always in training. That doesn't change the fact they, like every other In-N-Out always have smiles on their faces and seem to love their job. These folks work, hard and fast. The line for the drive through here is always long but I'm not sure you'll save any times by parking and going inside. It's just plain busy during lunch and all evening. Enjoy.
