Still terribly disappointed with In-n-Out's servic...

Still terribly disappointed with In-n-Out's service, even with a few calls to corporate there was no resolve. It seems like they just want to throw free food cards at you and not truly listen to your grievance. Plus the amount they wanted to give me on cards still wouldn't even cover what I paid for. I used to love this place hands down all the way especially since I moved here from Detroit. But customer service has dropped down a bit as in they don't cook your order correctly or cook the meat long enough. Ive gotten sick from under cooked meat twice now at two different locations. Yes I went to the hospital I did suspect the food the 2nd time so I took it with me and it turned out I did get food poisoning and was kept for 2nights in the hospital. You'd think corporate would want to remedy this instead of having to sue them , again just another simple solution to listen and have a real "power in charge person " get back to you, such a shame to need to go the litigation way, hey but enjoy them burgers, of course it'll never happen to you....until it does(but I pray it doesn't) you lost a family full of lifelong customers as all my 4kids &, wife got sick too so the whole family was in the hospital over under cooked meat.....ok that's all I've got to say about that
