The woman that works at this shop is not knowledgable nor helpful. I went in to get invitations and decorations printed and without asking, she used the basic printer and started printing on my own cardstock (which I wanted to use). The prints came out dull, images not sharp at all, with a blue line through the center of each print. She didn't seem to understand the issue, other than the blue line. She "recalibrated" the machine and afterwards, said it still wasn't working correctly. I explained that I wanted the images to be sharp, nice, like a flyer. She then explained that would take a day to two for a quote and be much more expensive. Why the heck didn't you tell me this in the first place, before using up my cardstock and not offering to give me paper back? Very disappointed. She seemed quite clueless. Never going there again!

Susan and Terry and the rest of the crew worked with me for several months on a "basic" card design. So many changes I made with them through different ideas of layout, but they still remained professional and completed the job exactly the way I envisioned them to be. FANTASTIC JOB! Highly recommend them from one business to another and even for your personal printing. Will continue to do business with them. Cheers!

From the initial email to the final printing, I received wonderful customer service from Impact Printing. I worked with Gary for most of my project (wedding invitations) and he did an outstanding job and was very communicative with me throughout the whole print process. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to get prints made - they have an attention to detail and a great work ethic that is very hard to find these days. This shop is simply amazing. Not only do they care about the customer, they follow up and are so timely with their products. You send them an email and they respond right away. The price you can't best with the type of service you receive. I had my wedding invites and baby shower invites and they come out beautifully. They can do just about anything!

We just picked up our wedding invitations. We loved the experience of working with the team at Impact Printing. We worked directly with Stacey who had great customer service. She was very responsive and incredibly helpful. In addition to their great customer service Impact Printing was able to work with our very tight timeline and got the job done in two days for a great price. Great print shop. Got my documents printed from my flashdrive and the nice young lady who helped me told me it was only 8 pages and since I was a new customer, the print job was on the house. How great is that?! This place is great. Highly recommend getting whatever print needs you may have done here. Don't go to chains. Support local community businesses!

Went to get a copy of social security paperwork, just around 5 papers. They are very nice and fast, easy to talk to. I tell everyone who needs to get anything printed to come here.

called and talked to a gentleman who was rude from the start.. told him I needed to print a poster for an assignment at GCU and he put me on hold for about 5 minute then hung up. Went to office depot instead. This company is just a waste of time.
