This was our first year doing our business taxes and we were of course very worried about it. We made an appointment and within an hour Ron had everything squared away. We got a significant amount of money back that we weren't expecting and we're extremely happy with how easy he made everything. He was also VERY fairly priced. Absolutely the worst accountant ever.
He filed my taxes for 2016. Couple months ago I learned from the IRS he never submitted it to the IRS. I got a back penalty for $1700 for not filing my taxes.
After I confronted him about it, he blamed everyone else, mainly the IRS for not notifying him about taxes not going through. He won t pay the penalty I incurred for his lack of filing and professionalism.
He is unbelievable. You hire a professional to file your taxes, you pay a fee and it s not getting filed. Everyone makes mistakes I get that, but stand to your mistakes and fix them and pay, it just ignore it and make the customer pay $1700 for your mess up.
