If I could post negative stars I would. Bought a CD from them, they transferred the money TWICE- putting my account into a huge deficit. They then refused to do anything about and forced me to go through my own bank. Do not do business with them.

Goldman Sachs has really turned itself around since the financial crisis. Albeit their financial dealings were under scrutiny in 2008, their customer service was always beyond reproach. Now, they are actively involved in community reinvestment.

Warning people!! will give them 0 in customer service! Also now they make a real deal with Apple Card (which Apple cheater don t take liability) they selling people there is no inquiries but they run you hard inquiries and cause you damages . There is no human to review only computer like all trash banks .discovery. Roadrunner ans many others see pictures!! Stay away don t apply !!

Solid company that does far more good in the world than it gets credit for.

there is a reason there clients live better lives than most, there the best on wall st. all those giving one star ......your most likely getting a gov check or a commie. Your dollar will grow under healthier under there guidance . however you will pay for it in commission ;-)

With regards to your environmental social and governance report for 2017, forget not to highlight your recent purchase of PDVSA bonds furthering tyranny to a nation that desires freedom & liberty, with your ethical convictions that any action justifies a quick buck. If I have anything to say I would recomend to the new governmet non payment of the principal or interest to Venezuelan authorities given that you sought not the approval of the legislative branch as the law requires in Venezuela for the purchase of finnancial instruments by foreign entities and only furthers repression by the illegitimate regime in power.

I liked their impressive building and in particular the surroundings.
It is very stylish, modern, beautiful, functional, convenient, best part of town.

It is a great financial institution no doubt with many of its former employees leading other Government institutions on both national and international level.

There are so many stories about GS and rumours have it it s a super well connected Jewish Bank but again, conspiracies or realities, always the benefit of the doubt.

My rating is mostly based on their work ethics; enslaving people for their financial future success is (probably) not the right systems value from a societal and family point of view.

I know it makes shareholders richer (I m a small one of them), who couldn t care less whether this endless work hours attitude kills work life balance and the establishment of the family as a major value system in any society.

Well, blah blah, yawn yawn, let s move on, a beautiful building and a wonderful area definitely worth visiting.

Best place to work if you are smart/ambitious and want to do well in a technology firm.

Not serious about diversity. Just empty marketing.

I emailed for a conversation about being able to understand if I could work there with my brain injury issues.

Took the time and effort to write a detailed email after being bombarded with Goldman Sachs diversity promotions. They gave me hope then showed their true colours with a heartless and useless template email.

It's remarkable how deeply screwed the global financial condition has become... but it's even MORE remarkable how GOLDMAN & SUCK can be responsible for SO much of it.

Goldman will make you work but pay you in return. I worked for them before and can say they hire the best, heck they hired me, but their leadership is always in question. Face time in the office even if your work is done after 6pm is required to get ahead, brown nosing and stepping on folks is required and a toxic culture if you have the wrong leadership. You can be set up to fail or succeed. My best advice.....do not piss off anyone that has a say in your career. If you can stomach that they apply. Goldman what would NYC do with out you?

The building is beautiful, like a gallery. Upper levels have a great view of the river and you can even see the statue from here.

How can a globalized company earn money with the suffering of people? The conditions which your have allowed to buy Venezuelans PDVSA treasury bonds at the low-priced and high (very high) yield are immoral and not ethivally justified except the desire of the dictator to keep the power againts all venezulian people. Your very negative image in the world of "normal people" is strengthened by these practices, You have no morale? No ethics? No procedures of good behavior of the affairs?

This is a business building where they frown on anyone taking photos of the place due to potential terrorist/angry protestors and/or disgruntled ex employees/third party contractors. Yes, they have a lot of enemies.. The decor is lovely. Its always busy due to the bonkers working 24 hours 7days a week.

The facilities are one of a kind. Their global footprint is amazing as well.
