I have paid for my found backpack at RET Rotterdam...

I have paid for my found backpack at RET Rotterdam to be delivered to an Uncle at Den Haag and for days now, He has not received the bag and no communication or whatsoever has been send to me.

I felt paying for the delivery would be much faster the reason i told Him not to go there personally for it.

Very very very dissapointing.
