My claim was initially rejected. My claim was only granted after providing additional information. Rejection had occurred because not all items I described were actually in my bag. Unfortunately I had to conclude that these items were stolen before handing in the bag.

I lost the bag on a Friday afternoon. I was only able to check if my bag was registered on Monday afternoon after 2:00 PM. Rejection took place on Monday late afternoon and my response to it was not treated until the next day, so I could not collect my bag until Tuesday late afternoon. The bag contained my glasses, which I had to miss for 4 full days. It would be nice if there was an emergency scenario in the weekend for such cases.
