The dream of the archeswalks and the despair of the average Italian man who, between a cigarette and a beer, challenges the laws of physics and takes a year to assemble a shelf. The bistro department deserves a separate star, among salmon and biscuits that look like a shoe sole, we find dill sauce, nowhere to be found in the world. The shop assistants appear a second and then disappear hidden behind sofas on offer and the kitchens in tissue paper. The prices are not bad, apparently, except then having to count each screw, each jamb, each handle, each piece of wood etc etc ... On balance, you can pay for a wardrobe as much as the furniture in the house, where, certainly, the parking it will be less of an odyssey.

Despite the Covid period, we got into the store fairly quickly by switching from temperature control. Restaurant with restrictions: rightly there was no buffet (vegetables, bread, ...) but you could still eat at the tables that are cleaned constantly. A bit of a queue even at the cash desk but fast. Gel present in many points of the store. In the bathrooms, on the other hand, I don't know how they organized themselves, not having been there.

Ikea from Carugate is very well stocked and large, however it is often chock full of people and I would recommend Corsico's

Who doesn't love IKEA?! I like to get lost in the spaces created very well and the shelves and neat departments of the shop!

I love IKEA for the message that passes, the attention to the bio, the vegetarian / vegan, the attempt to reduce CO2 emissions, attention to logistics, UTZ coffee. The last time, however, an employee in the department where they pick up the furniture has treated me inadequately (lazy and annoyed by my request for support in the purchase). For the rest, good, good, good.

On 01/21/2019 we purchase a supply online for our office. We have not received an invoice yet!
It is unthinkable that a multinational like IKEA is not able to provide (after more than a month!) At least an answer about the open practice and not even a timing!
Bad experience, a star just because it is mandatory to publish the review.

Update Dec'19; the No one ever made himself heard again !!!!!!!!! Now I will keep it until it falls apart .. So much is already falling apart .. And then I will take a real kitchen somewhere else! Do not throw away your usual .. I started with the idea of a cheap kitchen and then change it later, then we started to choose the best pieces, the total cost eventually risen obviously.

Update July 19: thanks to a complaint through Altroconsumo, they finally go for an inspection, confirm that the kitchen has been bad, they leave but nobody has shown up!

AWFUL! My husband contacted customer service yesterday asking to move an inspection for today for an emergency, spent 20 minutes in chat and half an hour on the phone, trying to convince them also because of the snow, they replied that it was strictly impossible to move the appointment and the question "now what happens" they replied that the company would come out the same, would ring and not finding anyone would close the case and we would have to open another later. I therefore took half a day off as the technician would have passed anyway and today I called to find out where the technician was and they told me that they warned him not to go !!!! In addition, they had already closed the file and reopened another without our knowledge! Now I have taken half a day off! And in addition I have to pay the next inspection about 80 !!!! Absurd and ridiculous management !!! And my kitchen is not cheap, but very badly assembled it always has some problems! Go do the cooking by a professional! When you contact them, give your consent to be called back for feedback! I did it .. I look forward to that call!

It is the best-equipped Ikea store in Milan. As in all the other stores in the chain there is the exhibition path (with the various reconstructed settings) and the part of the 'market' where the various items for the home or furnishing are displayed. Do not miss the self-service restaurant, the Swedish shop and the bargain corner.

It is one of my favorite stores! Find everything for the home: from furniture to gifts. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Today I used the advice for a Pax wardrobe project: very kind and competent staff. Booking advice through the Ikea website: fast and clear.

Many people, well organized. Too bad the security men were all in the refreshment area while they rubbed my windshield wipers. Little damage but I live 40 km and it was raining heavily .....

Well-stocked and organized shop ... lots of items at reasonable prices and good quality .. we know the finish is not in the minimalist Swedish style but the solutions are brilliant and essential.

I'm not a lover of retail stores but IKEA is fantastic. Excellent service, helpful and courteous staff. You really find everything for the home and many solutions.
The costs are then accessible for every pocket.
What about the restaurant, everything is good (believe me I have eaten perhaps the best pork knuckle in my life).

It has now become my second home, almost impossible not to find what you are looking for

A SHAME: Bought sofa, brought home by IKEA boys: they made me 500 euros of DAMAGE. After months of bargaining ikea offers 100 euros plus 50 of good shopping. A SHAME I WILL NEVER PLACE ANY FOOT IN YOUR "STORE"

As welcoming as all the Ikea, it has an incredible amount of parking suggested that in Torre, which for some strange reason is little used and very often is empty

Well-stocked and tidy, there is a children's play area, a restaurant and a bar. The staff is usually kind and helpful. Parking is really big, especially the multi-storey one.

I spend my holidays in Sweden every year, so the fact that I have a corner of Scandinavia around the corner just makes me happy. This is a large store located at the exit of Carugate on the Tangenziale Est. Well organized, nothing to say about furniture: we all know the products Ikea now, there are those who love them and those who do not, I bought some products with which I feel great and I am therefore satisfied. To add a few words to the restaurant and the Swedish shop that bring us some Sweden home. Absolutely refrain on Saturday and Sunday for the terrible crowding. Better to go there after work on weekdays

IKEA is always IKEA but objectively this of Carugate, personally, is the ugliest of the three in the hinterland of Milan

It is a very large shop, where you can find many things you need at home. Cutlery, crockery, scented candles, sofas, beds, wardrobes, tables, chairs, curtains, toys, DIY things and many many other beautiful things.

Very large center on 2 floors. Furniture of good quality and convenience, very cheerful household items designed to be combined with furniture and table linen. Good quality appliances, very nice kitchens that are occasionally welded to those on display. Local restaurant with very pleasant dishes of Italian and Swedish taste. The games for children are of excellent quality and safe. Excellent near the exit their outlet where you can find real bargains of all kinds. The prices are really competitive. They offer the furniture delivery and assembly service separately. I advise

An indecent and shameful thing, I have been waiting for 3 months for a refund that does not arrive. I also received a delivery of glass panels with a null packaging and of course the material broke, I am waiting for the collection of the goods from June 4th, but nothing. Calling IKEA is a joke wait to speak to an operator with 1 min waiting time. and every time after 5 min. about the line falls and so you can go to infinity. Nobody should buy IKEA products online and I should buy IKEA in-store too. Unfortunately there are no negative stars that otherwise would be - 5 now to be able to publish it I had to put a star.

Ikea is always a point of reference for us designers. You can find low cost products but with a discreet quality and attentive to the latest style trends. I always recommend some Ikea pieces to my customers. This store is really well stocked. Advice.

Every so often you have to change clothes at the house and here you find everything you need that will be useful to you. I have also found good in the restaurant service and kind, healthy food.
