Update Dec'19; the No one ever made himself heard again !!!!!!!!! Now I will keep it until it falls apart .. So much is already falling apart .. And then I will take a real kitchen somewhere else! Do not throw away your usual .. I started with the idea of a cheap kitchen and then change it later, then we started to choose the best pieces, the total cost eventually risen obviously.

Update July 19: thanks to a complaint through Altroconsumo, they finally go for an inspection, confirm that the kitchen has been bad, they leave but nobody has shown up!

AWFUL! My husband contacted customer service yesterday asking to move an inspection for today for an emergency, spent 20 minutes in chat and half an hour on the phone, trying to convince them also because of the snow, they replied that it was strictly impossible to move the appointment and the question "now what happens" they replied that the company would come out the same, would ring and not finding anyone would close the case and we would have to open another later. I therefore took half a day off as the technician would have passed anyway and today I called to find out where the technician was and they told me that they warned him not to go !!!! In addition, they had already closed the file and reopened another without our knowledge! Now I have taken half a day off! And in addition I have to pay the next inspection about 80 !!!! Absurd and ridiculous management !!! And my kitchen is not cheap, but very badly assembled it always has some problems! Go do the cooking by a professional! When you contact them, give your consent to be called back for feedback! I did it .. I look forward to that call!
