Always loved Ikea, price quality more than good, the only flaw is too many customers

I bought a room and, while the saleswoman in the ward was very kind and extremely available between advice and design, when you arrive to customer service to pick up the cart that, to get you ready (before we were wrong between hinges and screws) pay 15 euros , you find that of the 4 seats, although there are staff to chat with each other, it only works 1 !! Absurd and shameful!

Really scandalous, only in 3 people serving customers, one works and the others do their business and there are 8 customers who have been waiting a long time. Congratulations

Excellent shop with ample parking, restaurant and bar. IKEA products are known all over the world. This shop is very neat and spacious and you can see real furniture examples. For children there is an excellent supervised playroom so parents can shop undisturbed.

I like how it is organized, with self crates you pay quickly without code kilometers. The only flaw billing are not always fast in the issue of the invoice, you lose a bit 'of time ...

Like the other Ikea, even if I personally prefer the better structured one of Corsico, in this Carugate there is not a decent signal of the main INPUT because if you park in a parking lot you can mistakenly enter the exit.

I must say that it is like all IKEA in general. I found it a bit 'more confusing for the items on display. The parking outside is a bit inconvenient and then walk into the store.

Same as all IKEAs in Italy, it has the advantage of not being crowded

I had problems with the induction plate and the day after calling for assistance the technician came out to replace a defective board. All under warranty.

What to say ... when you go to Ikea you never come out disappointed except for the fact that you always come out with your wallet half empty, but it is to be considered as a compliment. We often try their cuisine and it's all tasty and you can feel the freshness of their products. I did not give 5 stars for the poor cleanliness of the bathrooms. But we will certainly be back!

Great. Classical Ikea. The extension makes it one of the largest in Italy. Excellent service. The only negative note: It is not possible to enter the underground park to load (in case of rain) with a Fiat Ducato van because of the reduced height of the floor.

Tonight I went to Ikea to shop with my wife and our dog.
At the end of the shopping we wanted to stop and eat at the in-house restaurant and unfortunately we found out that the access to the dogs, instead allowed in the shop, is not so at the restaurant.
This really bothered me considering the fact that the restaurants in their stores are probably the only ones in Milan that don't let animals in !!
We hope they will repent soon !!!

Ikea is always good fun. You always come out with something too but happy with the visit satiated with Swedish food with some green seedlings that you don't know where to place. Every visit is a party (if you go with a friend and without a husband), remember to go with the biggest car available. The service rendered is also good.
