If I could give it no stars it will be fair. I'm from Argentina and coming back to my embassy to remember what I DON'T miss from my home country is sad. The bureaucracy here will blow your mind.
I hope the new government change things for the good on this area as well.

If I could give a comment without stars it would be fair. I am from Argentina, and visiting my embassy to remember what I DO NOT miss about my country is sad. The bureaucracy here blows your head.
I hope the new government changes things for good in this area.

Bad attention to the public, never answer the phone if we need an emergency to solve as an Argentine citizen do not call the consulate never answer, or solve anything ...... salaries paid by our Argentine brothers who are not justified. The Washington consulate is the worst in the USA.

Very bad attention, do not answer the phone, and there is no answering machine. When one can finally speak, they do not give enough information to be able to bring everything needed to renew their passport. The shifts are given only in the early morning of some days of the week six months in the future. I have wasted money on trips to Washington to return empty-handed.
One of the ladies who answers the phone has very bad manners and is very unkind, you can't even expect a "Good morning". It is unfortunate that we have such bad service as citizens abroad.

I wonder why it is always the same. If there is a good employee like Jose Luis is because they have to change it
of position, really is a Lord attending to people. This happens whenever they change Ambassador.
Second question: Because they do not make a ramp for people who are older than walker or wheelchair users. It is difficult for these people to climb the Consulate stairs to do paperwork.
The last time I was the young lady who is at the window, she treated me very well. I do not remember his name.

5 estrell for the attention.
2 for the concern for disabled people.
Do not change certain Argentines continue to discriminate.

I don't get it, they supposed to help you i went there to ask a simple question and they don't know the answer so why they are there. It took me 30m with traffic to get there and all that for nothing and when you call them they don't pick up. when I got there they asked me if I had a appointment how am I going to make a appointment if they don't answer. And by the way they give you faces like they are doing me a favor come on!!!! They need to learn to treat people in other words costumer service. Hope they retrain their employees!!!!

This a review of the Consulate employee who helped me out today, April 17 2019. I don't know her name but she was really nice, professional and helpful. I called first and then went to pick up my new ID. I only had to use the Embassy or Consulate in very few instances and I am always afraid because they are usually not the nicest or most costumer service oriented people but this lady proved me wrong. So to the Consulate management please commend this lady for her professionalism and train the other man that answers the phone at the Embassy to be more like her. He does not represent Argentina in the best light.

On top of poor services, the embassy staffs are racists. If they know that your are from some other countries even if you live in the US, you would be requested documents not relevant to your visa application. The embassy went weigh far requesting me unnecessary documents. Though I spent my money and time, I got to cancel the internship program as it's gonna take me too much process, Nothing I lost, but it's outrageous!

they should change employees, and employ people who really know how to do the job, attend to it and respond to inquiries. These people never know anything leaves you waiting, then they disconnect you. horrible attention. nasty other noches but laburen lazy sleeves ...

It is a sadness that each country sends the worst to its Embassy. Talking to the Administrator for a little while does not yell at me when one is trying to offer a service for the same personers. I managed to speak with the embassy office where they treated me with a repeat and affordable to our offer. Thank you.
