We bought malm dresser. Halfway through the assembly, we noticed that a bag of screws was missing. We call and they tell us that we have to go to the place otherwise they will be sent to us in 7/10 days .. Obviously not being able to stay for more than a week with the cabinet halfway and the clothes around we had to go to the store. (we pay the bag of screws 6 euros practically between the highway and petrol .. But okay) We arrive and at the assistance service there is only one person to serve with a lot of people in the queue .. Some take the number others do not .. C is chaos because no one gives directions. At the end the attendant tells us that he does not know if he has the screws and that we had to do a different procedure than to go there, and bring the whole chest of drawers back packed.
Now everything is fine, the error can happen .. But I expect that the error will not create further discomfort. If a person chooses ikea it is also because he prides himself on having certain characteristics that make everything "simple" ... In the face Perhaps in the end those who argue that trying to do everything well loses quality. Perhaps sometimes it is better to rely on smaller and less chaotic chains.

To say that it is great and that you can find everything for the home is reductive, for my experience the assistance staff is kind, patient (and on Sundays you should make him a monument) and very professional.
The two girls (Giulia and Giulia) of the absence of furniture proved to be competent, courteous and professional in managing the order.

IKEA is known to most people and I only focus on the position and the parking situation. It is located just off the tangenziale EST (Carugate) where there is also a shopping center and a Leroy Merlin store. Avoid absolutely during the central hours of the weekend. From experience, leaving the indoor parking lot IKEA at 18.00 on a Saturday afternoon cost me 1 hour and a half of the queue until you reach the entrance to the ring road.
