It is shameful that to call customer service number 199 114646 you have to pay (in my case movil) 0.48 per minute .... You realize that outside of Italy these calls are "free" . For my part I don't spend 1 lira anymore in Ikea (at least not here in Italy)

For me an enchanted place. As soon as you arrive you will find a bar restaurant to welcome you with many delicious proposals with few calories and little cost. Then you enter a path made of environments full of everything from living rooms to bedrooms to bathrooms. You lose your mind in search of what you need and even more. There is everything from paintings to rugs from dishes to mattresses curtains curtains lamps and flowering and non-flowering plants. You can take a bag or a cart and when you get to the bottom you find the shelves where it is easy to take what you need. Before going out, another refreshment place awaits you and some shelves with bags of food, also from the Swedish tradition. It takes a lot of time to spend in this place, but it's worth it.
Shop all okay. The problem arises if you call customer support. It eliminates your credit even if you have unlimited calls even abroad.
Nobody answers you, stay on the phone for tens of minutes! Ridiculous. Improve this thing because to have such a big shop you also need assistance!

Interesting place for so many home decor products ... Too bad that a couple of years ago I bought some kitchen chairs that, whenever the stables to move them, approach them and handle them in general, make me angry and send them to hell designer, for me incapable or "menipippo"! My grievances I emailed to Ikea ... they were limited to "thank" for the suggestions, but nothing has changed ... the still selling well after at least 2 years ... very heavy, no handholds to move them and with legs that, instead of being perpendicular to the floor, descend in a position that is not orthogonal, but skewed, which "makes them stumble" with the legs of adjacent chairs!
