It only works via <email> nobody answers on the phone.

Shameful. The waiting message starts on the phone and no one ever answers. Tested on several days at the indicated times.

If ordinary justice works like that, it would be a better world!

I do not understand why they still keep this office open which will surely cost some money to the region. The only 2 days a week that should answer the phone (Tuesday and Thursday from 15.30 to 17.00, very hard time) never answer the phone; sent a request for registration with the ROC with registered A / R about a month ago with the relative stamp and to date still nothing. It took maybe 2 weeks for someone to withdraw only the registered letter because the postman could not find anyone. Ridiculous.
