Rude customer service who think they're doing you a favour by taking your order. Incompetent administration and totally unapologetic when an order goes wrong. There must be better companies to deal with.

I was impressed with some of the products offered by this company, I would consider them in the future.

May be good at somethings but not unloading containers,2 hours to take off palletised load. PATHETIC.

After many years business and an average annual spend of over 50K a year AKW thought it wise to go direct to our customers behind our backs and offer more discount to them direct. When challenged they said they would never do that then continued to approach all our customers . No loyalty or support.

Fantastic. Was in need of a wet room former compatible with vinyl flooring at very last minute. Ordered at half 2, delivered at half 8 the following morning, keeping the job on track. Very reassuring customer service. Not many like it these days! Will be my go to company now.

Brilliant products from the market leader. Customer service and deliveries are excellent. Warranties are unrivalled and when needed are no quibble. Very happy to recommend this company to anyone.

Accidentally dropped the wastestrainer for the shower down the toilet and it flushed away!!!!! DON'T LAUGH! AKW Customer Services were very helpful.
We as a family find the Sulby waste cover and strainer very effective. It is very clever in how it catches hairs and stops them entering the drain.

Shower systems are TOTALLY UNRELIABLE, AVOID any electric showers from this company
