The service is an absolute disaster !!!!!
Have a Pax cabinet for over 1200 bought with delivery and construction.
At the first promised date, a man from the transport company came alone at 5:15 pm (his partner became ill.) Unfortunately, he did not come up with the idea of communicating this before the day. Alone, he was not allowed to build the cabinet. When calling the call center, a very nice employee apologized many times and promised to take care of it. They will contact each other the next day. Of course, no one answered and since then a "funny" back and forth unfolds. The call center is always friendly, promises improvement and IKEA does not answer and ignores all desperate e-mails. The following Thursday, 2 people finally arrived and set up the closet, but found that the lighting equipment recommended by the IKEA employee did not work. So again phone calls back and forth. Call Center says something, IKEA ignores everything.
It's simply outrageous that we handle IKEA Hengelo with clients who have finally left a lot of money behind.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
