Wonderful spa with nostalgic feelings, because once I got to TYKY to see the whole place

A great place for children. Take the room from the main house. For children, beds can be provided from spreadable armchairs. Family rooms in a different building 0.5 km away ... And the passage to the main building from the outside.

Good and professional rehabilitation hotel. Fulfilled expectations.

The rooms were quite old fashioned and spa looked more like swimming pools. However, the breakfast was very tasty.

The shocking waking up on Christmas morning, someone came rushing in to use violence to my room got the door open, this caused quite a shock, how is this possible? Fortunately, the safety chain on.

The main house was good at least when I last visited. Had a couple of times, but during the beach. Not particularly elegant or sophisticated, as in Naantali. The deal is quite non-existent. The spa was pretty good, but the apartments a short distance from the spa were really old, dirty and the air smelled moldy or stuffy. We were with a dog, so some of us had to stay in the apartment but some went to a hotel room, which was clearly better maintained and tidier. We no longer go to apartments a short distance from the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast good and varied and the absolute plus was that it was served until 11am and there was plenty of seating in the dining room. The temperature of the water in the pool was a bit cooler and there was no real swimming track, so being in the pool went wild.
For grilling outside, we found only one barbecue place that was congested on Midsummer s Eve after the Midsummer size was burning.
A small information session could have been nice for first-timers like this. Would have gotten a better picture of all the possible activities and the whole area.
Booking online was easy and canceling an extra room by calling was convenient. We would have liked room options designed for different numbers of people (1-6 people) at the time of booking, as well as information on whether the beds can be made into double beds or whether a single double bed is possible. Very nice customer service. The service was personal, not chain-like mass. The dog was allowed to take at least Ikaal to the hotel. You could get out of the room directly with the dog which was awesome. Rooms a bit old in decor but clean. During our stay outside about -15 frosts and the floor in our room was pretty cold.

Breakfast was really varied and tasty! One of the best hotel breakfasts. The gym and spa are neat although the spa is a bit old. Still working. Ikaalia from the hotel about 300m walk to the so-called. breakfast and spa facilities in the building.

Otherwise, our holidays went smoothly and the service was friendly and brilliant, but on Saturday 22.10 for breakfast at around 9.00 there were really big queues. We watched the situation with other customers. There would have been room for additional lines next to the stage. There was a bit of queuing at the queue, and when you finally reached the eateries, it was unnecessary to be hamstered on the plate when you didn't know if you could queue up without sighing. Feedback from another mood is also about eating. The Rondo Cafe / Pizzeria along the spa street offered pizzas that were barely filled with fillings and made clear on the prepared base. However, the price was high. Positive and flexible service and attention to child customers everywhere =)

Comfortable family spa. Room at Maining and Spa with a nice and cozy but tropical pool bar would expect a healthy snack for kids and adults, smoothies, fruits, salads, etc. Not just barbecue. The breakfast was badly bad, much worse. The pool compartment could have drinking water points, cider and beer drinkers even though they could get free plastic for free.

Services do not play. The service is dull. I tried to ask the reception three times where breakfast is served, but got no answer. Eventually I checked out early from the hotel and suffered the cost of lost hotel nights and spa services myself.

Lunch arrangement really bad. The backpack is taken with a watch. I can't recommend it!

The hotel room was like in the 1960s, the smoke smelled in the corridors and in the room. All the furniture was exhausted. After using the spot we canceled the overnight stay. The service is quite poor, the beach terrace is not open and drinks had to be fetched in the swimsuit from the diners inside the counter and apparently due to staff shortage, same explanation 2 years ago. In the evening, 15 mins of drinks were expected on the food side and then asked to look and came to ask for a couple of drinks again and again. Too long for drinks, it would have been possible to drink 3 before the food arrived, but could not because of the slowness. Too few staff and every year the same thing

We stayed in a 10 person entourage of a birthday on Independence Day dinner buffets overlooking the water. Good food, excellent service and a custom made birthday cake is absolutely mouth-watering! Thank you!

Would like to upgrade both rooms and common areas. Dirt, rust and dirty spots all the time. The restaurant service and breakfast were very good. The spa is a good area for young children, but a few devices didn't work and needed a service technician. Downstairs spa cafe prices in the clouds. For example, a 0.5L bottle cost 5.40. Activities are good. The hotel room itself was okay except the air conditioning was very bad. The air conditioning was half-masonry closed with a ventilation tape. The room had a suppressing hot sleep.
It would be nice to have a buffet at the downstairs restaurant, as the upstairs Rondo is only available as a so-called. junk food, no steaks or kids so-called home cooked style food. The service at Rondo Restaurant was good, but clearly under-occupied by the workers was extremely busy and the queues grew fast. The staff were mostly happy and comfortable. Cleaning was at a good level.

The hotel was in a great location and the spa was great for small children.
On our arrival date 17.3. the buffet dinner was disappointing. We were there at 5pm and the meat was already out. There were two fish on offer. One in our family has a fish allergy, so he couldn t eat anything other than meatballs and potatoes from a warm table without any kind of sauce. The food really wasn't worth 16 euros!

Ikaalia's room is comfortable. You could enjoy yourself there for a longer time. Sure, the tobacco smoke traveled from somewhere strongly into the hallway.

The spa is quite cozy, even though I m not actually a person who enjoys the spas in the spas. The gym is my thing, so bathing is right. What surprised me was that the male swimming supervisor was moving around in the women s sauna facilities to my comfort. Rude staff, underpriced food, expensive prices and sugar cane crawled on the floor of a hotel room. I'd give zero stars if I could.

For breakfast, withered carrots, tomatoes, cheeses, spreads for hours in the warm. Breads, porridge, bread toppings otherwise good, breakfast varied. Tables everywhere without wiping whenever you visited the restaurants.

Cleaning the first morning miserable; Adult blankets but thrown on the bed, children's beds were not even attempted to be made. Towels are not changed, although a pile on the floor. Only 2 snack biscuits were imported, although 4 residents (although the number of beds should be able to count the number of guests ...).

The hotel and spa exceeded expectations. We had a room in the main house. The room was cozy and clean. The hotel was located in a beautiful location by the lake. The hotel was wonderfully quiet and we slept a good night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and allergic. Children were especially fond of the playroom in the basement. There could have been anything in the hotel here. The whole family enjoyed their stay at the spa. The water was warm and there was plenty of fun for the kids. The adult's favorite was to have a steam bath. Here, the children and adults alike enjoy the hotel. We will come back here and soon again!

Even if the hotel is old and worn, the cleaning level must be in place. Respa's response "has been busy" does not interest the customer. Customer service dry dry. Dinner is lukewarm, the price-quality ratio is not at all. The spa was a nice experience.
