Quite OK! But the price quality ratio is not right. For example, a standing table is really pricey, compared to what was available.

Everything went as planned. The hotel had everything you could expect, even the barbecue was possible at the beach behind the hotel. The two minuses that I discovered were the lack of drying space and the shortage of restaurant menus. The 5-person family and downpour get pretty many lithium clothes plus towels. By the way, the drying room was in a very spacious room on the Ikaalian side, almost non-existent.

Wonderful architecture, with its own pervert sort of. Of course spoiled in connection with the reforms. Low pool areas with better acoustics than usual in similar locations.

Plenty of different activities, good location, good food and the spa side has everything you need.

The staff is friendly, the food was variety. There are oo many options for dining. Either an 'carte or a buffet. We don't want either. The bathroom cabinetry was really you belong. The bartender staff did not get enough volume when there was a long queue and the customer yelled. Price increased but nothing renovated.

Foods good for breakfast and enough. The removal of dirty containers was helpless. People were leaving their mess at the tables and they were not immediately repaired.

Extremely lovely, peaceful, kid friendly place! Here the kids have to do in the spa, indoor playground and outside. I forgot the place for years, but it was wonderful when we found it again. We will definitely again!
You can come here to settle down alone, or with two or indeed the whole family. There's no need to leave the area, and there are wonderful "power forest" trails, and more for adults and children. I've sold

I think your level crossing has fallen. The room needed to be refreshed, worn out and the room smell bad. The room's terrace may seem to smoke, the smell penetrated the room.

Versatile spa hotel. There is a shop, a few restaurants and a dance restaurant in the evenings. A lot of activity in the area. The spa department is very nice. In the charming restaurant ok food, beautiful presentation, but the tastes were a bit interfering with the more demanding taste.

We were here with my family and will definitely go again. The city of Ikaalinen is completely dead though. There is no other reason for Ikaalinen than this particular spa. Affordable services, and breakfast just awesome. 5/5

Spa department okay. Restaurant service was quite slow, ordering came after 15 mins and food delivery took 40 mins.

We were with the family at week 8, or on a full-time holiday during the ski holiday. For breakfast this one star, it was good and comprehensive. But lunch dinner is the worst we ever eat. The food ran out of time all the time. It was cold and ready food. Burger meal with prepared steaks rolls and cold, vulgar. Taco meal with the same thing, vulgar cold. The only ones were the pizzas that were made on the spot and if you got it right after being brought out, so warm. But they ended all the time. Children's dishes were hot and the French were good. It was a little funny to hear our kids' mouth late in the week, to get home with the mother's food. Scandic hotel and industrial cold, thus poor vulgar food. It was disappointing

Value for money? In the restaurant for a 3-person party, 1x wrong starter food was served, 2x the wrong food drink, 1x of the dishes was inadequate, and the strawberry ice cream ordered for the child as a dessert on i was changed to importing chocolate as ice cream. When we tried to point out a fleeting waiter, we got an invoice. However, the point in the children's menu, which also serves as a coloring book, would be extra points if the pens brought to the table had not been cut across the blades ...

A really nice place, especially inside the garden. I just went to see what this spa is like.

We were in Terme's sauna room. The stove was completely dead and the steam was lost.

At the reception we got a very bad and stupid service and I assume it is due to the young man (20 years) because the older 40-year-old couple got us a good customer service. The receptionist spoke with a loud tone and got his "service skills" to be unwelcome guests. In addition, the pool department was disappointing and did not meet the expectations of your website. The hotel room was ok, but the general appearance of the main building was confusing and untidy. Plussa's fitness, plus excellent food and customer service at Charmant Restaurant. Gourmet restaurant for charming 10.2 evening male waitress; You saved our trip.

This is one of my favorite spas. The hotel section looks modern, but the pool section on the other hand is a bit overdue. Great value for money for families and why not alone or with a partner.

First but certainly not the last visit to your spa! Wonderfully peaceful (though probably due to time), just right for us! Clean and spacious room (Terme), a nice little walk to the spa and restaurants. The staff took the customers well into consideration. Special thanks to Liisa Karjalainen who saved my birthday dinner and made some lovely drinks in our evening party!

Room cleanliness was poor and indoor air problems on the spa side. Otherwise ok services, but cleanliness and air quality are really important factors when choosing a destination.

Very basic good for our need. Children like it very much. With a little horror, I waited when I read the reviews. The renovation is certainly a must. Dining was a problem. Got a wait for the service when enough people came. The reason is clearly too little staff.

Thank you very much :). The hotel is always delighted with its services. Environment, service level, restaurants, especially the taste experience of Restaurant Ronda. Room service was taken into consideration. And the spa as a whole gives a relaxing mind and rested his body where. We will definitely come back again :).

A beautifully located spa, and a great place for a child. The pools are pleasant and there is something for everyone. The room was ok, the furnishings were old and a little shabby, well anesthetized. The balcony landscape was a big plus! The breakfasts were ok, minus the food that had been left on both mornings to wait. will certainly be again.

Spa department nice, versatile. Clean washrooms and changing rooms. The bathroom in the hotel room needs renovation.

Wonderful spa. One should not ask as if Hotel Terme was a separate building not belonging to Ikaalinen Spa. Guests regard them as the same spa. The same applies to the hotel building unique. All spa hotels.

A good choice was the Ikaalinen Spa, the bang packages were out and we got to enjoy the pool section for 3 days. Best of all, the hotel included the unlimited use of the pool department. Thanks for the good service..

Small cozy place. A small renovation could be done, at least to the hotel rooms in Ikaalia. Vesidisco was a fun experience! The food at Violetta Restaurant is really good and the customer service is top notch, the kids were well catered for!

My father and I were here this autumn holiday from October 14th to October 19th, 2019. The hotel room was quite clean and comfortable, but the cleaner never came, even though the door was set to allow cleaners. Well then we went to Info to tell you this situation and they gave us a refund and promised to take things forward with your feedback! The food was delicious, but the spices were nothing but salt and pepper, which was really special. The evening meal was a bit poor, with the same evening meal (cereals, bread, cold cuts, juice and milk.) The spa was nice and the water disco was organized 2 times. So we were here for the autumn holidays. An organized program was organized daily and 4 times a day. The hotel room / hallway where we had the room so there was not much noise. It was such a nice spa trip and, maybe some more will come. Thanks to Scandic and Goodbye.

The spa was nice and tidy, and especially the kids enjoyed well. The restaurant's food was poor; the vegetables were shriveled and there was no sauce in the salad.

I booked a room in the spa-hotel and tall gateway to the main building yes exhausted us completely. Our booking system was difficult to figure out which rooms are located randomly distributed in the area. It was just right for our needs and budget this time. Many hotels in the area, but it works.

Not so much to the review, but the strange thing ... I was at least reserving for three, two children and myself. I took the third bed of a mattress. The total price of the booking confirmation was 77 euros. After all, the children did not come as one and, according to respan, the price was 77 ECU and there would have been 87 paddlers.

Nice place. The spa is good and it is nice to go for a swim and a sauna otherwise.
