My father and I were here this autumn holiday from October 14th to October 19th, 2019. The hotel room was quite clean and comfortable, but the cleaner never came, even though the door was set to allow cleaners. Well then we went to Info to tell you this situation and they gave us a refund and promised to take things forward with your feedback! The food was delicious, but the spices were nothing but salt and pepper, which was really special. The evening meal was a bit poor, with the same evening meal (cereals, bread, cold cuts, juice and milk.) The spa was nice and the water disco was organized 2 times. So we were here for the autumn holidays. An organized program was organized daily and 4 times a day. The hotel room / hallway where we had the room so there was not much noise. It was such a nice spa trip and, maybe some more will come. Thanks to Scandic and Goodbye.
