Worst traffic management , it takes minimum 1to 1hr 30 mins to enter or exit from this SEZ , no planning , no entry roads , worst managed .

It's like a it and business development centers.... Every people here smokes cigarettes... It's very bad and one thing u can play basketball and tennis here....

Wonderful place for offices ... professionally maintained. Only stupid thing is that its on ring road which causes traffic problems .. but this something to do with govt policy on poor urban planning.

Manyata has became very crowded these days... And because of fly over construction it take 20 min to come out of tech park

Manyata Tech park is planned very well ( inside) roads, however @ ORR infront of Manyata Tech park,rush even it is disturbing main road commuters. Recent walk way over the road, little relax for both main road commuters and Manyata Commuters.
Thanks to govt construction took almost a year !

Trafic in this area is pathetic... now road work also going on. So people who wants to go here can plan based on that day trafic condition. But the Tech Park is awesome...

I work at this tech park and the rating is given based on ease of convenience to reach here, roads inside, greenery maintained at certain places. They should plant more trees and the food should be made available on weekends, food courts are completely shut down on weekends.

Heart-breaking to see so many acres just hardscaped all over... and utterly unimaginative architecture with block after block and not a landmark in sight... Always have terrible time in way-finding

My office is located here. A decent SEZ. Off-late good food options and sports options have come up :).
For the scale it is, entry/exit should have been better.

The Manyata Business Embassy Park is place where most of the IT companies situated.It is one the IT hub in Bangalore. The place lacks the space. There are less number of tress and the more vehicles entire. The entire population is more than vatican city.

Such a big campus includea many big companirs...but as usual terrible traffic during peak hours...either u have to u-turn while coming or going...fly over construction is hoing to attach outer ring road...playground, Food points everything is available...

Big Tech park in North Bangalore. Only issue, during peak hours in mornings n evenings, traffic will be snail paced due to heavy commuting in and out of campus.

Tech park with Top rated multinational companies. I won't be explaining the companies in review as if you're looking at this you already know the deal. So all other things will be here. good parking facilities, average management of traffic as during peak hours it takes sometimes half an hour just to get out of Tech park premises. facility wise there's an open air theatre, almost each building has their own food court. For sports, they have their own dedicated sports section where volleyball, football, cricket, basketball can be played. Nearby localities also have football, badminton, swimming at close distance to Manyata.Security is pretty good. Cleanliness is also very good. As far as my experience is concerned, the helping staff (cleaning, helpdesk, security, food court people etc) are well versed in basic communication and you won't have problems with most of the things here. The embassy people also host events in the tech park (mostly in open air theatre) for fun, social cause, entertainment, competitions (sports, arts, all kinds). For transport, Bus services from both government as well as companies are available. Reaching airport from here is also easy as your don't have to go through much traffic as this is located in northern part of City. For entertainment, elements mall is close by. There are good neighborhoods nearby of you're trying to rent and lots of good pg options just outside of main gate of Manyata. Overall, in my opinion, one of the best managed park in India.

A tech park with many MNCs but traffic circulation is very bad inside it due to heavy IT work force. There is a place called as Dockyard which has many good restaurants, super market, medical store etc.

Manyata tech park is comparatively better having lots of companies, eateries inside.
The place is more popular having lots of branded companies like IBM, Lowe's, L &T , etc.
There are plenty pgs and hotels outside the tech park.
The tech park also has bus facility operations to various locations across Bengaluru.

Best tech park in Bangalore. Host for several prominent MNCs along with some residential units at the back. Drawback is that approach roads are not wide enough and causes severe congestion. Even the roads inside the park are also narrow for the number of vehicles inside.

It's nicely maintained IT park only problem is commute to SEZ only two way entry to park in that one is huge but another one is very narrow. Approximately 1Lakh employees work in this IT park.

Many IT companies are present here. Area is cheaper compared to other IT parks
