Very pathetic infrastructure and road inside manyata. I know they don't have control on traffic but even road inside manyata is pathetic. For a world class business center they have worst road.

Great convocation hall.
Many companies atre located here.
You will face a lot of traffic to get here.

This rating is because of lack of proper entry and exit accesses to the park. It's a big bottleneck.

Chartered buses available to this tech park, also connected by regular public transportation. Traffic can be heavy during rush hour. Well-maintained office premises inside.

Over crowded tech park . Roads have been made one way . It is so compact the you can not walk freely . ingress and egress from the office is challenge every day in office hours.

This place has changed the the entire landscape of that area and is a landmark.
However, someone clearly failed to plan for the sheer volume of people moving in and out of there.
Initially the it was beautiful with tree lined boulevards, but now it is just another overcrowded concrete commercial jungle.

1 of the biggest tech park in the town with great entertainment and communities.

Good place to work. Once you're inside the park, its completely different from the outside world.

Nice place for work to get job better organization.
