So all other things will be here. good parking facilities, average management of traffic as during peak hours it takes sometimes half an hour just to get out of Tech park premises. facility wise there's an open air theatre, almost each building has their own food court. For sports, they have their own dedicated sports section where volleyball, football, cricket, basketball can be played. Nearby localities also have football, badminton, swimming at close distance to Manyata.Security is pretty good. Cleanliness is also very good. As far as my experience is concerned, the helping staff (cleaning, helpdesk, security, food court people etc) are well versed in basic communication and you won't have problems with most of the things here. The embassy people also host events in the tech park (mostly in open air theatre) for fun, social cause, entertainment, competitions (sports, arts, all kinds). For transport, Bus services from both government as well as companies are available. Reaching airport from here is also easy as your don't have to go through much traffic as this is located in northern part of City. For entertainment, elements mall is close by. There are good neighborhoods nearby of you're trying to rent and lots of good pg options just outside of main gate of Manyata. Overall, in my opinion, one of the best managed park in India.
