Manyata is good place to work. Loads of MNCs are operating from Manyata. Avoid morning peak hours (9:30 to 11) and evening peak hours (6-8 PM). You will get stuck in traffic near manyata gates

Place I work. Good buildings, good environment. But too much crowded, too much traffic

Huge complex with multiple wings... Remember to know the right wing else will end up at a far off wing stranded with no internal mode of transport except walk!

Great Atmosphere! However, there should be a road map on list of companies kept at the entrance

Nice very big place many people but not much food options

Buses are available for every 5min and road condition is good, little bit crowd between 8am to 10am and 5pm to 6pm.

Information technology office in and around this Tech park. Good place to live around for the employees who work in this software park. Top rated companies like IBM, Cognizant, Nokia, Rolls Royce, ANZ, Philips etc.

Very high traffic at peak hours. No proper parking for visitors.

I work there! Terrible connectivity and traffic due to not adequate entrance/exit. Due to White topping work its taking 40-60 minutes to enter or leaving the campus

Spacious inside the campus, but congested entry and exit points, nightmare during peak hours especially when it rains

No proper pedestrian lanes. The security guards are only concerned about people with vehicles. Also if a taxi wala, rickshaw-wala or any private vehicle makes a safety halt, the security guards shoo them away, despite the fact there is no traffic jam created. The management needs to fix their attitude.

Manyata Embassy tech park is huge and lot of companies inside tech park. It's maintained well but roads inside needs to be improved in some places. It has tech park buses facilities

Complex of IT industries. Close to international airport. Campus has 2 food courts which has multi cuisine restaurants.

If you work here, I'm really sorry you have to. I really am... :'(

A great tech park, probably the best in North Blore! Looks fab on the inside as well, the exit needs to be fixed,else its all good!

Service road outside is too small. Heavy traffic every day.

Huge IT park with multi level parking. Thanks to avoiding dependency on electronic City, Sarjapur road and Whitefield. Need more IT hub like this spread across city.
Preferably develop more entry and exit gates avoiding traffic on outer ring road.

A lot of tech companies like IBM, Cognizant, Philips, Cerner, ANZ are here. You can find embassies too. The place is well built and maintained. Security is their priority. I had an interview here and you can find various hotels for 2-3 days work and if you get a chance to work here then PGs and flats are available on a reasonable price. Even "Colive" is available here. You can find Park buses for commute. Since it is situated near Outer Ring Road, you get an easy transportation.

Office of big IT company like IBM,Cognizant,northern trust,Anz,cerner,Nvidia,fidelity and many other company.
Although name is Manyata tech park everyone called it IBM Manyata like IBM own it :) well the reason is that IBM having too many office in manyata thats why.

Worst traffic ever experienced in the outer ring road. Make sure u leave little early.

Best place to work and good management too which every Company requires...thanks to Administration team...well..that's what I felt but they could arranged some inside travel vehicle who are less aware of building or they could make a big banner or directions list so people easily recognised where & which need to go
