Best Tech hub to work . In mid of city , ease access to bus ,rail and airport .

There will be traffic inside tech park during peak hours. There are good food courts, cycle will be there to roam inside tech park. Good place to work

Be ready for the at least 3months as from babsapalya to nagwara the traffic congestion will almost take 2hrs be prepared white topping bridge under construction to reach yeshwanthpur take metro for airports bugalur to avoid massive traffic.

Awsome place to visit ,all it companies which we can remeber name are locaated inside..

I am rating it 4 because of heavy traffic. Due to white topping, flyover and many reasons. Otherwise it is a nice place with most of the facilities available inside the tech park.

Very nice Business and Tech park. Except for the heavy traffic in the evening between 6-8 PM, it is very good.

Went for interview here.
Quite a biv place many other companies such as Legato,Lowe's is also here.
But most of the places is acquired by IBM only.

Traffic sucks, business park mgmt doesn't seem to care about traffic.
Sometimes it takes 15 min to come out from my office parking to the exit gate.

They also don't have any control on the cab's which create even more problems.

The only thing I love about this tech park it has a SLUG pub

I work here. The builders have done the best they could do in managing the traffic and regulate vehicle movements. I personally feel that this is far more expensive than other similar tech parks in the city.

Fully crowdy and more traffic in nagavara junction due to mantra tech park

Poorly managed place in terms of traffic management. Instead of planting trees or maintaining the ecosystem, a concrete jungle is being continuously built.

Top MNC companies resides here and it's near to Nagawara ( near Hebbal). The only north tech city.

One of the best tech parks in India to work in. Quite full of options for lunch, a little crowded, have better aesthetics than other tech parks.

Huge. a correct word to describe.only point manyata have given few other builder apart from embassy as well to develop few buildings which makes it a problem is maintenance which can be easy seen by roads condition inside the park..

Manyata owners have just maintained a facade at entrance giving a false sense of well maintained facility to workers and their international client but in reality rest of the roads inside are horrible, lots of construction work and open pot-holes and ditches. Construction debris and dust, roads being blocked without any permission from authorities, road leading to back gate has been made one way in evenings to protect wealthy and influential people staying in those areas in cost of inconvenience to commoners , Poor traffic wardens do a good job to manage the traffic somehow otherwise pesadtrians can be run over every other day. Overall one of the worse tech parks to get in and get out due to traffic (40-45 mints)

Multiple IT companies inside the campus. Located on nagwara hebbal ring road. Easily accessible

Big IT park with many company employees working day and night shifts. Bus services are available to go around within the campus. Have bicycles as well for employees to commute within the campus. Two well maintained food courts with few counters that are open till midnight 1:30.

Worst part is that it is too far for people in South Bangalore and takes about minimum of 3 hours just for commuting in the city traffic ;)

I work here,so do a lot of people employed in various companies.IBM has 9 buildings,there is Philips, Fidelity,CTS,LOWES,Nokia and lot of other tech firms.Manyata is also one of the developing campuses with new buildings coming up now and then.There are good places to eat with food trucks, ESC food court,and others.Road access is little bad and there could be huge traffic jams during morning and evenings

Concrete jungle, it has to be more greenery, freely generates pollution with inverters. But good place for walking/cycling.
