Awesome location and campus....Parking available...comprises 3 floors of the building...Inside office infrastructure is very good.

Good infrastructure but really poor HR department. Treat individuals with a herd mentality and are quite less cooperative. The interview process was a mere joke wherein they just removed candidates without even having a proper assessment. Indian branch of the company a shared business services works for XL group to provide cost effective services. Company pays well to its employees with other facilities like transport and medical.

HR management at XL Catlin is worst they treat candidates as if they are nothing to them....very rude and arrogant behavior towards them....

If you wish to waste your time then it's a right place... because last time i went for an interview i waited for 3 hours even after it was scheduled interview!!!

The HR behavior and attitude is very bad and they are just showing tantrums and organizing walk-in just for the time pass and at that point saying that after hiring we can anytime take away your job and ask you to resign.
Apart from that they have already selected the people and just for the sake of reputation they are conducting the walk-in.
And people who are asking valid questions the HR are judging them that they can't adjust in the firm.
Very bad HR attitude and conduct of interviews and don't stay what they commit to the candidates as well.

Presently working with Tech Mahindra as sr. Quality Analyst, but yup its a dream to work there. Already tried twice but bad luck got rejected on final round twice,
