Building could have been more well built especially when it has two builders name attached to it

Don't go for the interview.
They called me via employee reference for an interview then they are telling me that there is no vacancy.
The interviewer (of a good post in the organisation) offered a job below my qualification.

Good commercial premises but visitor parking is biggest issue

Directors have special lift. Why.
JRD Tata stands in a Queue in his office building with other staff while waiting for the lift. Thats called equality.
In Ruwal customers have to find their own parking place that too far away. Customers are not treated well.

I were working with Runwal ,was suffered from dengue and admitted in the hospital month of Dec'17 and they terminated ,chip company i never ever seen.

Financial issues not paid slab wise payment. Runwal put 24%rate of interest. And forfeited paid amount so carefully during booking. Runwal builder is not return my amount of Rs 2,83,069 /-

Very congested area and parking is not available. Even for employees parking is not available so in case you take your own vehicle you can park in adjacent lanes or talao(lake)wala lane at your own risk

A little clumsy in the basement but has nice offices!

This place is in Sion.. Mumbai.
Corporate headquarters are located in the place.

Looks Well constructed commercial building however there no parking for outsiders, special lift for big shots, helpful staffs at ground floor.
