It is a good job opportunity place, but very air pollution

Nice horticultural business park with 200 multiple company and above 2.5M employee 40 BMTC Volvo services and best class Embassy service in India management by TCFM facilities ,with 2 hospital and 6 Corporate banks and multylayar car parking.

A decent workplace.... You've got everything inside.... The traffic management needs to improve though....

The tech park is crowded and conjusted. The entry gates are not big enough to handle the traffic flow. The roads inside the park are not planned. Sometimes during peak hours it takes a lot of time to get out of the park. Also service roads outside the park are narrow. Overall its bad planning

Poor road traffic planning!
While the buildings are all great (with some of them having solar rooftops, vegetable grades, etc.), the placement of so many buildings without proper care for sufficient road infrastructure has caused heavy traffic congestion around this place, both mornings and evenings. They are, however, trying to improve the public infrastructure with foot-over-bridges, etc..

Bad roads. Good that they've come up with the idea of connecting outer ring road directly. With all their expansion plans, it'll soon become a not so good place for any company.

One of the best IT park in Bangalore. Easily accessible through outer ring road. Many big IT companies like IBM, CTS, SLK, Target, GF .... Near the entrance there is a mall mostly for dining people go there.

Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore is the best for everything, wherever you go, you will get connectivity. Whatever you search you will find it may be, school, hospitals, malls, restaurants, movie theaters, IT companies, roads and connectivity transportation.

It's a biggest tech park I have ever seen there are lot many companies work inside the park it's very beautiful environment over there and it's hole different world you will see when it comes to the place and the buildings really loved the place. And if are the new joiners for the work you will have all different experience and in the evening time lightings are very good.

It is a well maintained business park with many MNC's put up there and work place for for thousands of employees, this tech park as a dockyard which was quite impressive for me, this dockyard as many food outlets and many employees hangout there during breaks.
Major drawback, there was an issue that because of this tech park there is much traffic jam caused, and yes I agree for it.

One of the leading tech park solutions that has most of the leading software and other development companies. With a kind of environment this park has given a lot to make use of for the employees. From skywalk to shuttle cab facilities, food courts, shopping zones, play schools for kids all in one campus.

Good technological park. Few constructions going on. Well maintained and good. There very good companies in this park. It is located near Hebbal. I liked the maintenance and roads inside and the securities inside. Overall good and well maintained.

Due to white topping, the traffic is horrible around Manyata. But I assume it's going to be not more than 2more months from now. However, after a long weekend or so, the traffic again gets worse everytime.

The Park is good but the roads are like hell. Roads at villages are far better. There is a Tea Stsll which is opend from monday to Friday chargs 15 for a cup of tea. Tea is not that great.
