The Sea Hotel is directly a good service and organized place

I only used the lobby and the service was very good

It is a good place for short stay 2-5 nights, chalet is better size while building rooms are better panoramic view ..

The place is nice and nice, the swimming pools are excellent but the water games are lacking, there are no places to play children unfortunately, there is a mini disco at night and not good at all! The food is fairly good ... the best thing there is the staff there are very pleasant and welcoming ... the price is very high and the service offered in terms of rooms and food

A pleasant stay in the low season practically having the beach for myself and several other guests. The distance from Alexandria isn't too far and even doable by minivans. The rooms are perfect and the view on the beach is superb. The only issue is you need to prepare that once you're in the hotel complex then there's nothing really around. A quasi open air center with shops selling basics from clothes to electronics. Check out the hotel's activities and potential trips. The beach sand is softest can be. Service was quick and polite. Recommended.

A really nice and very clean place with professional staff. I like the swimming pools very much. Breakfast is the best that can be found in Egyptian hotels.

Great safe place for families and kids and really hospitable staff

It's okay, not fancy and yet not simple and a bit pricey in terms of service and quality. Though, the beach is nice and sandy and the sea view is stunning.

Food isn't tasty, piscine isnt clean, most of the electricity sockets weren't working.

It is a nice and quiet place .. It has a children's club and an interement team .. The staff are very nice .. The prices are good and compared to any restaurant that is not expensive .. Needs an amendment to the menu .. Breakfast good but lunch and dinner without the center ..

It was great staying at the hotel, View is extremely awesome not crowded all the time , breakfast price included in the room rate and it is Open buffet with a big variety of choices which will make you confused .
Like all the previous comments it is a little bit old but for me it didn't effect enjoying the place.

Internet need a big improvement.

A place in the heart
Wonderful transaction, very reasonable prices, seriously, clean and cheerful.

First of all its a very old hotel and very old furniture and disscasting hotel with very bad hospitaly morever very expensive , I had a very bad experience there and I don't recomend it at all

Beautiful location by the sea with very good breakfast buffet. However, service should be improved and facility should be better maintained

beach is filled with trash It's impossible to swim without getting covered in trash and weeds but they have a nice swimming pool.

Poor management, terrible food, the room was awful, the toilet seat was broken, AC not working, even the fridge was barely making things cold, and even the tv signal was horrible. The worst experience ever, and I definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Average place, clean, good beach, average service and poor room. Finally , the room rate is higher than the value you got it.

Great view and location but need renovation also price is so expensive

The hotel has an excellent location and I do not need to enter Alexandria to reach it. The problem is that all the staff except the reception manager Walid are all feeling, they are government employees. They need training and rehabilitation and are reminded that they are working in a 5 star hotel.
The hotel staff is not quilified like their colleagues in the same hotel in Sharm El Sheikh or Hurghada , they are in another world
But there is a problem that the sea area overlooking the hotel, the waves day and night so there is almost impossible to go down to the sea ,only you can use the swimming pool of the hotel , becuase the descent of the sea is a trail of imagination because of the intensity of waves and continuity, the hotel in general need a revolution in the training and rehabilitation of employees and needed some general maintenance, overall the experience was good and ok and I recommend it

Very poor service, very poorly maintained facility, and meals and food taste like military meals... fit to be a hostel or armed forced residence rather than hotel ranked in stars.
Aca in all rooms are malfunctioning, either too cold or nothing at all. Worst pillows ever.. Very highly and hard pillows I ended up with pain in my neck on the first night.

The sand is pure. The beach is beautiful and clean. The room views are incredibly nice.

Very Bad services specialy on the front office (reception). The food (Open Buffet or set menu) depends on their opinion whatever your request or you reservation.
