Try one unit from the cabinet in front of the sea ,,very nice

We spent four days of fun and happiness ,the beach is the best beach ever,all the stuff are friendly and helpful they die to make you happy and satisfied,highly recommend

The hotel is located in a very good location and it is very recommended for anyone who is looking for relaxation. The hotel is 5 starts but he deserves only 4 from my point of view as he is old and he needs a quick renovation.

The location only and that the treatment of reception staff was bad and unprofessional

The kids playground including slides is v dirty and dusted, when u order at their coffee shop and give cash they don't give u the change back

As for the lunch restaurant, it needs more attention and raising the efficiency and quality of meals, as the prices are higher and do not fit the meals provided.

Flies control is preferred in all swimming pools.

It is preferred that the umbrellas surround the sun disk from all directions so that the visitor does not need to change it from time to time to adjust the sun s shade.
It is preferable to provide lighting on the basin and the sea at night for the ability to enjoy the visitor sitting for the longest possible period and extend the number of hours of descent of the basin at night, especially for those who wish to go down at night without sunlight.

Nice pool, the sea is not quit safe for swimming, great animation team and entertainment programs at night

the beach is wonderful . the swimming pool is excellent .the rooms furniture needs review .
the open buffet is very bad quality .in general the food in the hotel is very bad ,they really need to change their chefs and the food supplier as the meat.fish quality was so bad .

For the low season you will find good rates , but in high season rates shoot up to the sky and vecome extremely expensive
The hotel needs a little bit renovation because it is somehow old
But overall experience is nice

Nice hotel facilities, food was a bit overpriced and it s far from anything. I would go elsewhere as a westerner.

The hotel is distinguished by its location and a respectful management manages the work professionally and reception at the entrance with courtesy and respect

Over rated and price wasnt reasonable for the place and category of furniture.
Staff were nice. There is a small cafe at the lobby but doesnt have much food choices.
On weekends they get a belly dancer.
Nice view on sea and 2 different pools

Good treatment of village workers, shops, beach and beaches We hope that the service in all resorts and resorts will be on the same level

Not the luxury to expect from a 5 stars hotel.
The DJ was too loud till midnight.

The only negative thing is that the room furnature and hotel infrastructute are a bit old, but otherwise the service, cleanliness, facilities, pool and beach were all good. The private beach and the adult pool without children were a big plus

Good hotel, friendly staff, very good service and nice location and beach

The hotel is lovely and the animation tim is more than wonderful and the entertainment activities are enjoyable

View is wonderful. The beach sand and sea color is exceptional.
The rooms and facilities are very old. Stain is everywhere in the bathroom. Room smells. It is far away from any Jaz hotel. It's not 5 stars it doesn't exceed 3 stars.
Even the room is bad you will enjoy the excellent location.
Supermarket is in the same resort (Maraqiah village) also La poir and KFC are in a walkable distance.

Overall it s not bad, nice experience.
Could have been better.

What needs improvement:

1- Rooms need to be bigger. 30 meters room including bathroom is very small to even put your luggages.
2- No enough parking space.
3- No wifi
4- Staff are not friendly and not professional.
5- AC is poor
6- In the double bedroom, the bed is very small.

What I liked:

1- Sea and beach are clean.
2- Restaurant food was average, but I liked some items.

Dirty rooms the housekeeping is too rough, ants in the bathroom and on the beds (in quantity too important), no wifi, cut off from the world (50km from the center of Alexandria), haughty staff and just disrespectful, uncleaned beach , no hot water either, and do not even talk about food.
Anyway, except for the sea, nothing good.

Very bad arrangement of rooms and service and animation Hardly Mfish need justice other than the children's school in kidsclub maintenance and very fragile and needs broken and adaptations very poor level

Awesome location, but hotel is not maintained well.

Get the villa with an ocean view. Reasonably priced but technology needs updating.

Very good and familiar staff. The price is exaggerated. The hotel is somewhat old. The room is good. The food is good.

Perfect location and beach, rooms in the main building are very small, the chalets are very good, cleaning also is good... Entertainment less than expectations, the food deep below expectation
