My visit in winter
The place is beautiful and quiet, and the staff is helpful, upscale and respectful
The view is great right on the sea
I advise everyone who wants to rest and rest not to miss the place

Terrible. World's worst breakfast and the staff are a mess. Check the pictures below, also caught one of the buffet staff trying to fill the hot beverages boiler with chlorine filled TAP water before I stopped him, the manager came and dismissed him but it was clear that he knew about this so he said we'll fill it with filtered water now, have a seat it won't take a couple of minutes, I left 20 mins later and they still weren't filled. Rooms were ok, a few of them are undergoing renovations.

The chalets are good 4 stars and staff is good, but the overall appearance and restaurant are not more than 3 stars

The hotel is a bit old, but their service is nice, suites are very spacious, overlooking the sea. Great View

It's a good hotel not fantastic food is really good the staff is friendly pool are good great animation team, but the sea has very strong waves

Clean and very quiet winter time .. The summer is still in it. Away from markets and vital areas.

Excellent place in terms of psychological comfort and cleanliness where the staff is wonderful and the staff is close and close to Alexandria. I would recommend it

Nice hotel, but it's really really overpriced for what you are getting. The food isn't that good and its priced that way. Management needs a higher level of professionalism as they lacked it. Service and hygiene could be vastly improved.

TLDR, this hotel was a bad value for money.

Very expensive and the night is not any need to work and the beach with a very beast

The beach and the water poll are very good and unique.

Great view, clean rooms, and good pricing. The perfect place to enjoy a quiet and refreshing vacation. Not many exciting activities. And not the best service, but the staff is friendly and welcoming.

Normal level with so normal services doesn't deserve 5 stars at all !

Unprofessional, impolite receptionist Samy and 1 other guy. They neglected reserving Iftar with booking. We ended up with raw, smelly, half cooked grilled chicken and apology from guest relations and after we complained we had a reduction in our stay for 2 nights and we were not asked to pay for bad Iftar meal in 1st night. Bad smell from bathroom drainage all during our stay.

Wonderful location but the furniture need renovation

The place is more than wonderful and the hotel services are excellent

Very expensive compared to other much better hotel options .
Rooms are extremely small to the point that you feel suffocated
Breakfast is poor.
No nearby restaurant for lunch or dinner.
The management of iberotel really needs to reconsider down pricing.
I do not recommend this hotel .

Calm and psychological comfort where the sea and greenery and cleanliness but the meals are very, very bad

5 stars hotel on medeterranean sea with sandy beach ,swimming pools..The staff workers are very nice

This is one of the finest hotels in Alexandria. The facility is very clean and the representatives are very friendly and cooperative .I recommend it for who want a relaxed and quite place to enjoy the beach and the wonderful weather.

Four stars because of food... there are no varieties... the pools are nice but the beach is not good

Refrigerator and air conditioning, without air, not working

Hotel directly on the sea, with all services and 5-star prices

I was not lucky enough to be staying with him but they said it was wonderful
