A very bad sea and there is no interest in the beach, and I do not see any relationship to the hotel with the well-known Jazz chain, and I tried with them Jazz Aqua Viva in Makadi Hurghada, and at this level I trusted the place, the service and the level, but quite the opposite, please pay attention to the customer, the administration is unable to satisfy the customer, and Advice for those who go to a place that is not surprising and complains from the first day in order to catch up to fix any need, 4-star rooms, an old model sofa bed.

Nice place of good location, need more efforts to improve food stuff

Not bad! I had a few hours stay only before my flight, it was comfy enough. Internet didn't work though

The hotel level is lower than when it was under Hilton management

Good place on the sea but needs to increase attention to maintenance, cleanliness and prices are expensive for non-Egyptians

Very good accommodation and service , also the staff is helpful , everything is good , i think I will try the sea view room next summer or chalet
