The hotel has an excellent location and I do not need to enter Alexandria to reach it. The problem is that all the staff except the reception manager Walid are all feeling, they are government employees. They need training and rehabilitation and are reminded that they are working in a 5 star hotel.
The hotel staff is not quilified like their colleagues in the same hotel in Sharm El Sheikh or Hurghada , they are in another world
But there is a problem that the sea area overlooking the hotel, the waves day and night so there is almost impossible to go down to the sea ,only you can use the swimming pool of the hotel , becuase the descent of the sea is a trail of imagination because of the intensity of waves and continuity, the hotel in general need a revolution in the training and rehabilitation of employees and needed some general maintenance, overall the experience was good and ok and I recommend it
